An Outstanding Experience from Start to Finish!
I travelled to Turkey for veneers and dental implants, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with my experience. First and foremost, thanks to Nur, the wonderful assistant, the communication was absolutely flawless from the very beginning!

I must admit, I was quite a demanding customer. Before making my decision, I had contacted more than 30 dentists and clinics in Istanbul, asking countless questions and comparing every little detail. So, naturally, our communication was quite intense! But Nur answered every single question with incredible patience, kindness, and thoroughness. Never once did I feel pressured, rushed, or pushed into making a decision. And believe me, after communicating with so many clinics, I can tell you that this is far from being the norm! Nur was exactly what you would wish for: professional, genuinely helpful, honest, and wonderfully patient. No aggressive marketing, no sales pressure, just excellent communication.

From the moment I arrived in Istanbul, everything was perfectly organised. I was picked up at the airport in a very comfortable car and taken directly to the hotel, conveniently located just a minute or two on foot from the clinic.

I had 18 veneers and 2 crowns done, and all the preparations were completed on the very first day, smoothly and without any issues. The doctor listened very attentively to all my wishes, ideas, and preferences, patiently taking note of every little detail.

Now, here comes the part that truly impressed me.

At the first try-on, I could clearly see that the doctor had followed all my instructions. Everything I had requested was there, and yet, somehow, I wasn’t happy with the overall appearance. It simply wasn’t quite what I had imagined. I explained my concerns that evening, and instead of becoming defensive, impatient, or trying to convince me that everything already looked perfect, the doctor took my feedback seriously and approached it with remarkable professionalism and understanding.

And the very next day? Absolute perfection!

Every single adjustment I had wished for was implemented, down to the tiniest detail. I wanted my two front teeth slightly longer and slimmer, my canines a little sharper, and the overall shape elegant, natural, and harmonious. Every single detail was executed meticulously and beautifully.

And here I would also like to give a very special thank you to the wonderful lady from the dental laboratory, whose name I unfortunately don’t know. I had the pleasure of meeting her briefly during the final adjustments, and it was truly impressive to see how attentively and meticulously she worked on even the smallest details. Every tiny change was taken seriously and carried out with such care and precision. Her craftsmanship, patience, and dedication were clearly an essential part of achieving this beautiful result. I am incredibly grateful to her as well!

The final result honestly exceeded my expectations. I couldn’t have wished for a better smile!

And another very important point: the entire treatment was absolutely painless.

What I appreciated most was not only the doctor’s skill and attention to detail, but also the genuine willingness of the entire team to listen, make adjustments, and ensure that I was completely happy. Especially with something as personal and important as your smile, that makes all the difference in the world.
