I travelled from Germany to have my full dental treatment with Dr. Birkan Duras, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with my decision. From the very first appointment until the final result, I felt that I was in very good hands.
What I appreciated most about Dr. Birkan is how professional, meticulous, and genuinely caring he is. He takes the time to listen to what you want, understand your concerns, and explain every step of the treatment and, importantly, why he recommends it. I never felt pressured or rushed into anything. I always felt that we were making the decisions together.
One thing that really stood out to me was the attention to detail throughout the entire process. The work with the laboratory was incredibly precise and meticulous. There were so many photographs, measurements, discussions and checks between the doctor and the lab to make sure that even the smallest detail was considered and nothing was missed. You can really see that the final result is not just about doing the dental work , it is about carefully planning every little detail to make everything look harmonious and natural.
I also loved how involved the whole team was. I genuinely felt like I was part of a family rather than just a patient. Everyone was encouraged to share their opinion if they thought something could improve the final result, and I always felt that my wishes were heard and respected.
A special thank you to Duygu and Nur, who were always there whenever I had a question and were incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. The English support was excellent, which made everything so much easier for me. Gamze, the dental assistant, was also absolutely lovely,friendly, professional, patient and always welcoming.
And honestly, the entire team deserves recognition. Everyone was so kind, welcoming and always had a smile on their face. They really go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable and, more importantly, to make sure you are truly happy with the result.
I also found the prices fair and transparent, which gave me even more confidence throughout the treatment. There were no surprises, and everything was clearly explained.
For me, the most important thing was achieving a healthy, natural and beautiful result, rather than something that simply looks like cosmetic dentistry. I am extremely happy with how everything turned out. It looks like me, just better ,which is exactly what I wanted.
I travelled all the way from Germany for this treatment, and I will definitely be coming back for my annual check-ups. Dr. Birkan is now the dentist I trust, and that says a lot.

Overall, I had a very positive experience. The organisation from start to finish was excellent and everything was made incredibly easy. They arranged airport pick up and drop off as well as transport to and from the hotel, which made the whole trip stress free. The staff were friendly, professional and always quick to help with any questions.
