Every time I walk through the door, I’m greeted with a warm welcome and made to feel comfortable and appreciated. Whenever either one of them helps me, they already know what I need before I even have a chance to say. They are friendly, professional, patient, and always willing to make sure everything is taken care of. As someone new to the U.S., I was unfamiliar with the banking system and the language, which led me to ask many questions repeatedly. However, he remained incredibly patient and kind, providing clear examples to ensure I understood everything perfectly. Thanks to his help, I was able to open the exact account and credit card I needed. When I asked for a bagel shop recommendation nearby, he even walked me to the door to give me detailed directions and a warm send-off. I was only going to come in to redeem my points into cash but the Branch Manager Alberto was nice enough to explain to me all the different options I can use the points on. He showed me on the website and on the app how I can redeem the points for flights, apple products, gift cards etc. He showed me that it would be more valuable to redeem it for those items instead of just getting cash. All the tellers here are friendly and give great customer service!
