I had a Lifiting Cervicofacial Deep Plane and Deep Neck surgery + Lip lifting + complete Blepharoplasty and Temporal Lifting and the C02 laser) on 30/06/2926. Today is 14/07/2026, and I’m 15 days post-surgery. I’ve already removed all the stitches.
So far, my experience has been very positive. From the first consultation, I was very well welcomed by Dr. Roberto Polizzi and the entire team. I was always treated with attention, respect, and a great deal of professionalism, which gave me a lot of confidence at every stage.
I’m still in the recovery period, so I know the final results of the surgery can only be assessed later. Even so, I’m satisfied with the progress so far and with all the support I’ve been receiving during return visits and with the post-operative instructions.
I would also like to record my thanks to the whole team for their dedication, kindness, and availability. So far, I have no negative observations to make. On the contrary, I feel I’ve been very well taken care of throughout the entire process.

100% satisfactory my experience with Facial Lifting—starting from my very first consultation with Dr Roberto Polizzi. He is a dedicated, competent professional who pays close attention to details, as indicated and according to my own interest.

I want to share my experience with the surgery I had with Dr. Roberto Polizze.
From the very first contact to schedule the appointment, I was extremely well taken care of by the entire clinic team. One of the biggest differences is the care and attention given at every stage of the process.
The concierge Bárbara Amorim deserves special mention. She follows everything closely up to the day of surgery, guiding you in every detail, organizing exams and pre-operative appointments, and always available to clarify questions with a lot of kindness, patience, and professionalism. This gives patients an enormous sense of security.
I also want to recognize the work of the girls who accompany the consultations and the post-operative period—Sthefani and Talita—who are always attentive and careful. And the physiotherapist Bárbara Coutinho, who makes all the difference in recovery, with dedication and competence.
I can’t fail to mention Sandra from the sales/commercial department, who was also very important throughout the entire process—always helpful and kind.
And last, but without a doubt the most special, Dr. Roberto Polizze. An exceptional doctor, and I’m proud to say he is my doctor. From the first consultation, he speaks with you clearly, warmly, and transparently, explaining every step of the procedure and respecting each patient’s individuality.
