I had my 1st consultation last 2 years and my last visit was 1 month ago … I picked this place based on google reviews and I don’t regret it ❤️
My review is based on 2 years sessions and treatments in this place, I did 2 dental cleaning sessions, 1 tooth extraction, and more than 5 sessions filling in the cavity and other sessions for the consultation… All these sessions took a place in the clinic located in Posnania mall and in Katowicka street. I have interacted with more than 5 doctors..
I personally consider this experience / this place as one of the best dental clinic I’ve ever visited,
* 1st of all, my sessions with Doctor Arthur are definitely the best experience : the doctor is super professional, kind, polite and very knowledgeable, his English skills are very helpful to me and I feel very comfortable during the session. His work is literally a piece of art, I really appreciate all the sessions I had with him. Thank you doctor ☺️
* session for the tooth extraction : I absolutely loved it.. it was super stressful at the beginning as I didn’t know the doctor but I immediately forgot that feeling when he started explaining what we need to do and what was his approach, the doctor speaking English and he was very professional, the session took sometime as my tooth was not easy to handle 😬
* 2 session for dental cleaning: the 1st session was nice, but I got an obstacle the 2nd session as the doctor didn’t speak English and it was not comfortable for me to ask questions, nevertheless, the doctor was super kind, smiley and she did her best to translate things for me.. at the end I needed to call my husband to translate 😅 it didn’t bother me at all and I ended up asking the doctor to book the next appointment with her, even with the language barrier I really liked the session ❤️
* receptionists: I have many interactions with the ladies, regardless the communication barrier sometimes. I love dealing with them, but only got remarks when it comes to confirming my appointments, it’s sometimes confusing for them when it comes to “PM AM” words, once the lady confirmed 8AM and when I was there they apologized as they wanted to say 8PM… ☺️ it wasn’t an issue for me especially that I flagged it and they took my feedback positively, as a result, this situation never happened again ❤️
I like how everyone is honest, professional, smiley and kind. I still have some sessions to attend and the reason why it’s taking me a lot of time is due to budget, I admit that the prices are super expensive for me but I know I’m getting a quality in return 🙂
