Everything went according to my request. Thank you.

Provide the patient with more precise information about the office number or location in the clinic before the visit. Also, inform them that finding a parking spot will take time, and they should arrive earlier. I recommend offering a beverage, at least after a blood draw. Fasting, a coffee or tea will not be amiss.
