I would like to express my highest praise for this clinic. It is a place that truly stands out from others. From the first contact to the last day of post-operative care, I was met with absolute professionalism and incredible kindness.
The care is at the highest level, and the entire staff is simply phenomenal. Every person I had contact with showed full commitment and created a cozy, trusting atmosphere.

Heartbreaking Experience at Grand Clinic !!!!! 😡
My experience with Grand Clinic has been absolutely heartbreaking. I trusted them with my face and body, and it has left me deeply disappointed and emotionally hurt.
I went there to remove the bags under my eyes. Before the surgery, I was promised that there would be no visible scars, that everything would be done “invisibly.” But when I woke up, I had stitches on both sides of my eyes — something that was never mentioned or explained to me. Now, I’m left with visible scars near my eyes that remind me every day of what went wrong. I even had to visit another doctor because a stitch was left inside my eye.
I was also promised improvement with the liposuction under my chin and belly, but it was a complete failure. The chin surgery did nothing, and the belly and sides actually look worse than before. I spent my savings on these procedures, believing I would finally feel confident — instead, I feel devastated and regret ever trusting this clinic.
The clinic promised to refund me if I ended up with scars, but despite all my messages, pictures, and proof, they never sent me a single cent. They completely stopped caring once they got my money.
This experience has affected not just my appearance, but also my mental health and confidence. I’m getting married soon, and instead of feeling beautiful and happy, I feel anxious and ashamed of how my face looks now.
I’m sharing this because I don’t want anyone else to go through the same pain. I do not recommend Grand Clinic to anyone — please think carefully before trusting them with your face or your body.

Came from Romania for hair transplant and rhinoplasty both succes no pain, from the moment i was here the staff was responsive and everything was on point. I had two procedures at the clinic with Dr. Ilker. I received excellent care from the moment I arrived at the airport until my last day. My surgery went exactly as I wanted, natural and elegant. I followed all the steps the doctor gave me, and everything went smoothly. I would do it all over again because it was a great experience.
