I fully recommend the services if this branch of Hair Clinic Prive.
I have had beard done and some on the head due to receding hairline and dr Mariola and her team did a great job. Usually hair fall off after hair transplant to regrow after a few months, but in my case most of the hair stayed in place and 4 months after surgery it is now about 3cm long.

I'm happy to share my impressions 3 months after my FUE hair transplant procedure at PRIVE in Gdansk. I found every aspect of my experience extremely positive - from the initial contact online, the in-person consultation with Dr Mariana at the clinic, all the advice I was given preparing for the procedure and answering my (many) questions so I have a full understanding of what I can expect, to the procedure itself and aftercare. The standard of the clinic is excellent with latest equipment of the highest quality, and has a comfortable feeling. All the staff - from Dawid the owner of the clinic, Dr Mariana and her team, to everyone else I had contact with - were incredibly professional and polite. Everything was explained to me in detail so I knew exactly what to expect during the procedure and recovery immediately afterwards, which was very important to me. The procedure itself went well - some people apparently fall asleep during the last stage but I watched a couple of Netflix movies on the big screen ahead of me, and the medical team were happy to explain each step as they were working. There was a lunch break and the team got me a tasty pizza which made me very happy! I came back the following day to remove the dressing and for the first wash - again, outstanding service and recommended. When I returned home, I was sending regular pics to the clinic to track recovery and got some good tips on how to deal with scabs etc. Whilst I still have some time to wait before I see the full result, I have already noticed an improvement which is encouraging. A HUGE THANK YOU to the team at PRIVE - I am more than happy to recommend them to anyone looking for a hair transplant, in the Gdansk area or coming from abroad (I flew in from London the day before and came back 2 days after the procedure with no issues).

I booked a procedure at Hair Clinic Privé two months in advance, paying a deposit right away.
From the start, I found the communication style unusual – most interactions were handled via WhatsApp rather than a more formal channel such as email. Initial responses were professional, but after I submitted the requested medical test results, the only reply I received was a short “OK,” without any formal confirmation or next steps.
Information about the operating doctor was initially vague – I was only told “Dr Marianna,” without a surname or professional references, which I believe is important in aesthetic surgery. After I followed up, I learned that the doctor’s diploma was obtained outside the EU, which further raised my concerns.
Three days before the procedure, the clinic unexpectedly changed my appointment time by more than half a day. As my stay in Poland was very short, I was unable to adjust to this sudden change.
While I appreciate that the clinic refunded my deposit without issue, the situation left me with unnecessary expenses for blood tests and the need to start planning the procedure from scratch – this time in another clinic.
In my view, the lack of transparency and sudden schedule changes undermined my trust in the clinic.
