The surgeon was good but the coordinator Carlo made too many mistakes. 1. Didn’t book continuous days at hotel. 2. As a result, I was kicked out of room the day I was in surgery. . 2. Need more after care days to remove drainage. I was abruptly kicked out of TJ while I was still feeling weak. Needed more days in Tijuana. At least 2 more. Return to America and no one wanted to remove drainage tubes. 3. The day nurse talked bad about me to everyone. The night nurse , Paulina was perfect.
I would never recommend surgery in Mexico. No need to go viral with this because all of USA know this. Mexican are much better at picking fruits!

The doctor was very professional and caring
A little more knowledge of what to expect after surgery and the following week. The Staff was really nice I felt like everyone tried to help us communicate with the English/Spanish language.

The hospital advertised was not the one I went to. The operating room was thrown together i my opinion. Hardly anyone spoke English so I had a difficult time with the forms. I didn't even get a copy. After the surgery I was left on my back overnight night and was told I'll be ok. Once finally discharged the next morning, I only received antibiotics and ibuprofen. No instructions on how and what to do afterwards. I felt like they did what they was supposed to and dropped me off in the streets to fend for myself

The staff were UNBELIEVABLY kind! I felt I was well listened to, my needs were met, and my results are far and beyond my wildest expectations.
If I decide to have more plastic surgery, I will, without hesitation come back here.
How I was listened to and cared for and Dr. Ayala's warm, affable nature.
There were some bumps in terms of communication initially that was frustrating, but we got over that quickly and it stopped being an issue
