From the beginning, there was a significant lack of clear communication from my Bookimed coordinator. I believe there was a failure to adequately confirm the agreed arrangements with the clinic, which seems to have directly contributed to the services and procedures I paid for not being fulfilled. I was also extremely disappointed that the doctor did not properly listen to my specific requests for my full face treatment; a significant language barrier made communication even more difficult. I proceeded based on the procedures in my Bookimed confirmation, but this did not happen. I am extremely disappointed. I feel misled about the services I booked, and this has resulted in significant additional expenses for me. While there were no extra charges from the clinic itself, I feel unfairly out of pocket after travelling so far for an agreement that was not honoured.
From the beginning of my booking through Bookimed, there has been a significant lack of clear and consistent communication from my assigned coordinator. I believe there was a failure to adequately communicate and confirm the agreed arrangements with both the hospital and, ultimately, the clinic. This lack of proper coordination appears to have directly contributed to the services and procedures that were agreed upon not being fulfilled. I believe this represents a serious failure in the coordination and handling of my booking through Bookimed, and I feel it is important that this responsibility is properly acknowledged.

I went to this clinic to get medical care. The very high price could be justified by this type of treatment.
The medical team were present, but no parameters were taken either before or after the treatment. I don't think that customer satisfaction is the objective, the aim is above all to make people spend money unnecessarily.
