From the very first contact with the clinic, even during the phone call, my experience was excellent. I was very well attended to and welcomed with attention, kindness, and a lot of friendliness. The girls at the reception are wonderful—extremely thoughtful and helpful. You can clearly see how much they care for the patient in every detail, from arrival to the appointment. Dr. Aline was also incredible! Very attentive, professional, and caring. She explains everything with great clarity and in detail, patiently answers all my questions, and makes you feel very confident during the consultation. From the first appointment, she was so kind, answered all my questions, and explained in detail the procedure, the recovery, and all the care I needed to take. My result was beyond my expectations—I loved it! I was treated with so much care and love by Marlei and her team; she was even as happy as I was with my result. I had a very calm and fast recovery, thanks to the care of physiotherapist Alícia Medeiros, who is also a sweetheart and takes care of you with all the love and affection—she even sent me messages every day to check on how I was.
