Hello everyone,I would like to warmly recommend the clinic. From first visit we understood each other very well with the doctor. I wanted a natural effect of enlarging my breasts and it turned out fantastic, painless and my breasts look wonderful without any scars. The doctor and his staff are profesional, the atmosphere and care are like in a family. I am greatful that I ended up in their hands and care. I know for sure that if necessary I will return there in the future without any questions.🌺❣️ .

I had abdominoplasty( tummy tuck), liposuction and Brazilian butt lift.
It was a very big operation and I did all at the same time!
Dr Perez de la Romana is top surgeon in Spain. He did a fantastic job for me. Also Dr Romana has an incredible team who can speak English very well and I had no problem to communicate with them. Especially Helena who organised, scheduled and support me during my big operation.She even came with me to the hospital for helping me to communicated ( translate)with hospital staff for the tests were required before surgery.
Also, I need to mention lovely Anna and Andrea who communicated with me via WhatsApp to book the appointments , theatres , tests to match the dates which I took off of work
They booked everything in advance so when I travelled from London to Alicante so everything was scheduled and I had time for recovery before going back to London.
I would like to say a massive thank you to Dr Romana, Helena , Anna, Andrea.
I highly recommend Dr Romana and his fantastic team.

I had a breast revision and lift with Dr Federico Perez de la Romana after developing capsular contraction twice with another Surgeon. My whole experience with Dr Federico and his wonderful team has been first class. From the initial phone call with Maria, the consultation with Dr Federico, the operation and follow up care and Physio with Andrea been second to none. I am very impressed by the professionalism, efficiency and caring support provided. After two disappointing experiences with capsular contraction, I felt secure that Dr Federico had done everything possible to avoid this happening again. My new breasts perfectly fit my body shape and are very natural and soft. Somehow Dr Federico did my lift with minimal scars. I am absolutely delighted with my new breasts.
Dr Federico is a wonderful man and all his Team are fantastic; Maria, Helena, Andrea, Anna and Karin are a true credit to the establishment, they exceeded expectations! He performs the operations in his Clinic, which is beautiful and all aftercare is provided at his Clinic, the whole process was made very convenient. I also had advice and treatment by the resident Dermatologist Karin during my aftercare period. I could not recommend the talented Dr Federico and his team highly enough!

I first contacted instituto Perez de la Romana as I was interested in having a rhinoplasty procedure. I was put in contact with Maria one of the team and from my first enquiry till now she has been amazing! From the very beginning she has helped me with so much, answering any of my questions and always being there for me to message her with anything I needed, she even helped me to arrange my pre surgery tests. She made my whole experience so easy and everything she has done I am so grateful for! She is an amazing member of staff and really helped make my experience better!
Dr Perez himself has been so great and really listened to me throughout my experience while also giving me his professional opinion of what would work best in my situation. He is so professional and knowledgeable and made me feel so relaxed and helped me understand everything I needed to know about my procedure. Throughout my recovery he has made sure to see me on a regular basis to check on my healing and recovery, he has been there for me every step of the way, before, during and after my surgery. He is a great surgeon!
The day of my surgery itself was so organised and everyone on the team helped make me feel so at ease. The nurse (Pilar) who looked after me post surgery was so caring and attentive I couldn’t have asked for more! The hospital facilities are very modern and very comfortable for recovery.
I am beyond happy with my results Dr Perez and his team did such a good job with my nose, it looks so natural and it’s exactly what I wanted! Thank you so much to everyone at Perez de la Romana you are all amazing!

I had my surgery done here two weeks ago. Both ears and breasts. I have never felt so comfortable and relaxed than I did in this place. Nothing is too much hassle for Maria or my surgeon , they went above and beyond to explain things and work around me for appointments. Maria explained everything to me in perfect English (as my Spanish isnt very good). Would 100 percent recommend anyone to this place! Thank you so much for a fantastic job and top notch aftercare.
