I had a hair transplant in May 2024. I can confidently recommend this clinic, as well as Dr. Oya Sisman, who led the procedure. Oya is a world-class professional showing the utmost care for patients. Translator Varvara was also a great help. I am very pleased with the results: my hair has grown excellently since the procedure. The service was also top-notch: the hotel was excellent, the clinic responded to any questions at any time, and the airport transfer was seamless. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone considering a hair transplant. Remember, transplanted hair fully grows in about six months.

I would like to thank all the team
There is a miss communication between the teamwork. There are some confusions between coordinators' information is not pass through the network everyone is call me to get information from the customer. Needs centralized information system.
For example, someone asked me for a deposit of $200 US and when I got to the hospital they did not know about this and I lost my deposited money.
Requires dedicated person to deal with. Please put on your website clear instructions and steps to follow for customers.
Customers need to know with whom they are dealing on their body and it is good for confidence of the patient if the assigned Doctor take a minute to talk to the customer.
Some of your sells people they are not good communicator and they are not give the details for all the process. Example 'Yasin"

Le séjour s est très bien passé,J avoue qu au départ, J étais assez stressé .J ai effectué une implantation de cheveux avec le Dr Oya Sisman qui a prise son temps pour m expliquer les différentes étapes après avoir étudié mes besoins.Elle à ensuite utilisé et adapté la meilleure technique pour effectuer les implants capillaires avec son équipe agréable et très professionnelle :méthode fue Saphir.J ai aussi effectué une rhinoplastie avec le professeur Gurhan Ozcan qui est un virtuose dans son domaine.En effet, il a rectifié une 2eme Rhinoplastie.De façon magistrale.
