Flapless All-on-4 implant surgery at İstinye Dental Hospital in Istanbul, Turkey, provides a full-arch tooth replacement using just four implants. This procedure uses 3D imaging and digital scanning to place implants precisely without traditional incisions. The clinic is JCI-accredited and affiliated with İstinye University, providing high medical standards and academic expertise.
The hospital uses a digital workflow including CAD/CAM and intraoral scanning for accurate results. This technology helps create same-day prosthetic restorations, often allowing for "Teeth in a Day." Doctors use 3D imaging to plan the exact position of each implant before the surgery starts. The All-on-4 method places two straight implants in the front and two angled implants in the back. This specific placement uses the patient's existing bone and often avoids the need for complex sinus or bone grafting.
Treatment is managed by a team of oral surgeons and prosthodontists. Asst. Prof. DDS Siavash Abbasgholizadeh and Asst. Prof. DDS Rıza Kerem Dedeoğlu handle the surgical aspects. Asst. Prof. DDS Dedeoğlu brings over 20 years of experience to the maxillofacial department. The prosthetic phase is led by specialists like Asst. Prof. DDS Burcu Akman Sürücü and Asst. Prof. DDS Harun Büyükyıldız. They focus on hybrid and Toronto prostheses to restore the natural look of the smile.
Patients can choose between medical-grade titanium or zirconia implants. These materials go through osseointegration, where the living bone attaches directly to the implant surface for stability. Healing times typically take about 3 months for the lower jaw and 6 months for the upper jaw. The clinic offers both one-stage and two-stage placement options depending on the patient's bone health. The facility includes 30 doctors across 8 departments to handle all aspects of dental care in one location.
