Dental Implant with Abutment in LHC Dental Clinic

LHC Dental Clinic is a private facility in Istanbul, Turkey. It specializes in implantology, aesthetic dentistry, and prosthetics for adults and children. The clinic operates in a hospital-grade environment in the Bahçelievler district. All treatments follow strict EU hygiene and sterilization protocols.

Care Standards and Safety

The facility undergoes regular audits to maintain Turkish Ministry of Health compliance. Specialists use only CE-certified materials for restorations and surgical procedures. For dental implants, the clinic partners with established international manufacturers:

• Straumann
• Nobel Biocare
• Hiossen
• Anthogyr French Implants
• Ankylos German Implants

Dr. Hasan Coşkun leads the medical team with over 20 years of experience. He practiced extensively in Germany before joining the Istanbul clinic. His focus includes dental implantology, prosthetics, and care for patients with dental anxiety.

Dental Specialties and Procedures

The implantology department offers permanent solutions for missing teeth using All-on-4 and All-on-6 techniques. These methods let edentulous patients receive fixed prosthetic teeth within days. Surgeons use guided surgery and 3D imaging to plan precise implant placement in complex full-arch cases.

Aesthetic dentistry centers on the Hollywood Smile makeover. Specialists use Digital Smile Design (DSD) to plan tooth shape and alignment based on facial structure. Patients can choose from various restorative materials:

• Zirconium crowns – high strength with natural translucency.
• E-max veneers – thin ceramic shells that correct tooth color and minor misalignments.
• Laminate veneers – customizable options requiring minimal tooth preparation.
• Laser teeth whitening – in-office procedures to brighten enamel.

Periodontal care focuses on treating gum disease and recession. For advanced periodontitis, the clinic performs dental curettage. This procedure cleans infected gum pockets deeper than 4–5 mm. Gum grafting is also available to rebuild lost tissue and cover exposed roots.

General dentistry and endodontics cover routine restorative needs. Specialists perform root canal treatments for multi-rooted teeth and offer retreatment for persistent infections. Most composite fillings and simple endodontic procedures take just one visit.

Equipment and Digital Workflows

The clinic uses a fully digital workflow to improve diagnostic accuracy. CBCT 3D scanners provide detailed jawbone views for implant planning. For caries detection, the team uses DIAGNOCam, which spots decay without X-ray radiation. CAD/CAM systems and 3D intraoral scanners replace uncomfortable traditional molds.

To improve comfort, the clinic offers "painless dentistry" technologies. The Wand® is a computer-assisted system that delivers local anesthesia with less discomfort than traditional needles. For patients with significant dental anxiety, sedation options include laughing gas, oral sedation, and IV sedation.

LHC Dental Clinic provides full support for visitors from abroad. The team coordinates VIP transfers between the airport, hotel, and clinic. This covers both the procedure day and follow-up appointments. Staff members speak several languages:
