the service was excellent and I would recommend the clinic

If you’re thinking about getting crowns, I’d advise you to pay very close attention to the colour matching right from the start. I’ve had seven zirconia crowns fitted and the care I received from the surgeon and the staff was really good. Everything was professional. My only minor criticism is that the colour ended up being a touch too yellow compared to my natural teeth. I’m still in the healing phase and the sensation when chewing hasn’t quite settled yet, which is normal. Despite the minor colour issue, the service was excellent and I would recommend the clinic.

The clinic is very modern and clean, and the staff and dentist are very friendly and dedicated to their work. I would definitely recommend this clinic because they really did a great job; I was amazed by the results. Thank you very much.

The only thing I was missing was someone who spoke my language so I could communicate better, because I don't speak English, but I managed to get by using an app

It was very important to me that the surgeon personally carried out the placement of my seven-plus implants. Everything went according to plan. I’m currently in the early stages of recovery, and I’m feeling exactly as I expected, with no surprises. The clinic provided excellent support after the procedure: they were always available and gave me clear aftercare instructions. The doctor also gave me a clear timeline for the fitting of the crowns and, importantly, there were no additional costs.

Everything was very well organised: the hotel, the airport pick-up, and the taxi arrangements for the journey to the clinic and back to the hotel.

I really didn’t like the way I was treated at the clinic; there’s no organisation, the interpreters are constantly coming and going, and you constantly feel lost because you don’t speak the language. I had mentally prepared myself for a difficult recovery, but I was genuinely surprised at how manageable it all turned out to be. The areas where eight to ten strategic implants were placed are barely noticeable in my jaw. Of course, the process is still ongoing — I’m on a soft diet for now, but that’s a minor detail compared to how I feel overall. The surgeon and the entire team were very professional and attentive. For anyone considering a similar procedure, I can say that my experience at this clinic was a positive one.

The Russian-speaking coordinator organised absolutely everything: my appointments with the doctor, my stay at the hotel, transport, and looked after me perfectly both during and after the procedure. The doctor is a true professional, and the price for the services is very reasonable.
