I went to the dental hospital for my teeth cleaning. The inside was so clean and caring, it helped me overcome my fear of dentists. I'd also like to thank Melek for performing my teeth cleaning.

The staff was really nice and friendly. I went to this place through my insurance and availed dental services by Dr, utku. He explained everything in detail and answered every question of mine. I will be visiting the clinic again for my filling procedure. Cleaning went well, looking forward how my filling procedure goes.

I went to the clinic for a cavity in my tooth, and a filling was scheduled. However, despite receiving a full dose of anesthesia, the area of my tooth that was supposed to be numb didn't, and the procedure had to be abandoned. Despite the pain, the doctor requested intervention, and despite my complaint, the doctor was arrogant and dismissive, saying things like, "This is my specialty."
This disrespectful and condescending approach to the patient felt like business, not healthcare. When I pointed out that the numbness might have been numbed in the wrong area, he responded defensively and accusingly, saying, "Our specialists don't do that."
I've had much more intensive procedures at other clinics before, but I've never experienced any pain or similar problems. I was forced to choose this clinic simply because my insurance company had a contract with them. Not only did they not care about patient satisfaction, but they felt like they were simply trying to get more money. This is unacceptable for a healthcare provider to operate in this manner. Given my experience, I would never recommend them.

Last year, I met Melan Clinic with the use of a dental cleaning package, and then all the dental care and 6 filling procedures were performed by Utku, who I learned has now left Melan Clinic. Last week, when I went to the clinic as a result of an old filling breaking, it was determined that my new 1-year-old filling next to the broken filling had separated from the tooth. For the renewal of this filling, a 21% discount was made on the filling to be made. After the procedure, when I asked whether the fillings made by Utku teacher last year had warranty conditions, I was told that no guarantee could be given for any procedure. Only the dentist Kübra Demir, who performed the procedure on 2 of my teeth whose procedures were completed this week, stated that a warranty was given. However, I think that procedures performed in the service sector, especially in a sensitive field such as healthcare, should guarantee patient satisfaction and transaction quality for a certain period of time. I would expect such situations to be evaluated in terms of patient rights and service quality, and at least for the institution to take responsibility for the problems experienced after the procedure, instead of the dentist. I chose you because of the trust I have in your institution and your physicians. However, I think that the fact that the warranty coverage depends only on the dentist who performs the procedure does not coincide with a corporate healthcare approach. I will choose other clinics for my future treatments.
