That fear completely dissolved because of the surgeon; he was very attentive and explained everything clearly, which put me at ease

My biggest worry going into the neuropsychological test was feeling overwhelmed and not understanding the process. That fear completely dissolved because of the surgeon; he was very attentive and explained everything clearly, which put me at ease. The professionalism of the whole medical team was evident. While it's still early days in my recovery, I feel supported by the clinic. The Bookimed coordinator was also responsive and helpful during booking. The only small hiccup was that coordination between the international patient department and the nursing staff sometimes felt a bit slow. Overall, a solid choice for care.

Poor connection, short session, not the professional I’d originally booked an appointment with – I asked for at least a partial refund, which wasn’t granted

The psychiatrist was quite accommodating

I didn’t see the psychiatrist I’d booked via Bookimed; The assistant was unwelcoming and uncommunicative; she asked me to pay the consultation fee even though the amount had been settled via Bookimed a week in advance; the quality and sound of the video consultation were very poor; the fee of USD 350 was not justified for such a level of care and the service in general
