I remember the consultation with my surgeon very clearly; it really established my trust in the entire process. He patiently explained all the size and projection options for the silicone implant, but what stood out was his honest assessment of what would actually complement my facial features. The procedure itself was performed through a small external incision under my chin. Although I am still in the early stages of healing, I am feeling much better than I had anticipated, which has been a pleasant surprise. The whole experience at the clinic was straightforward and professional, and I appreciated that there were no hidden or additional expenses on top of what was quoted. Everything was handled with care.

The clinic and the surgeon did an excellent job managing my care from the very first consultation, and the staff were consistently supportive

My biggest worry was the recovery process itself—not the final outcome, but the immediate aftermath. I'll be honest, it is challenging. My breathing has been completely blocked, which is an uncomfortable feeling. As expected, my nose is still very swollen, with a bulky tip and a puffy bridge where the minor hump was removed. But I was prepared for this. The clinic and the surgeon did an excellent job managing my care from the very first consultation, and the staff were consistently supportive. Even with the swelling, I am confident in the path forward thanks to their skill. The procedure was done using a closed technique.

Dr eroglu was amazing really reesssuring friendly, I had someone with me for translation and felt very supported. Nurse visits were good and she was also brilliant. Highly reccomend.

I could not fault the care that I received, all in line with similar protocols as we have in the NHS

As a healthcare professional from the uk, it can be difficult to trust a different healthcare service outside the uk. My reservatiobs were rest assured with quick responses to any questions that i had, to arranging video call with tge surgeon, right to the surgery itself and the aftercare. I could not fault the care that i received, all in line with similar proticols as we have in the nhs. Bloods, ecg, observations, pain relief, and wound and patiebt care were all exceptional. The nursing staff were very caring. Some language barrier at times but easily overcome. Google translate was also helpful. Highly recommend.
