I am grateful to all the people at Quartz Clinic and bookimed who were involved in this important event for me and helped me to have a positive experience without a single negative
I can leave a positive review about Quartz Clinic and the bookimed service. There were some fears during communication with the service (especially after encountering negative reviews on the internet), but in the end I was satisfied with my experience. From the service I was supported by the manager Ekaterina. I would also like to leave her a positive feedback for her quick and competent answers in WhatsApp. All the conditions of the clinic were in full conformity with reality. And as for Quartz Clinic: a modern clinic with good service, friendly staff and doctors. In addition to my surgery, the service package included a good hotel and a transfer (even when I changed my hotel at my own request, I was still picked up by a transfer to another address not close to the clinic). The clinic was attentive to me and my words (and fears of the surgery itself), which really eased my worries. My coordinator at the clinic, Ali, made a huge difference to my experience as a whole, being really human and supporting me during the surgery with his communication, distracting me from my creepy feelings. And also always stayed in touch on messenger, giving full feedback, answering my queries. The surgery itself was excellent, the doctor inspired confidence in me and I found him to be absolutely competent, I would go to him again for any surgery with confidence.
I am grateful to all the people at Quartz Clinic and bookimed who were involved in this important event for me and helped me to have a positive experience without a single negative.

Everything went really well, from the transport from the airport to the hotel, including the operation and the return journey.

I appreciated the proximity of the hotel and the clinic - you only had to cross the road.
The clinic staff were very pleasant and professional, the surgeon did a very good job, I'm satisfied with the result, and the translator also did his job.
I may come back for another surgery.

you made it all feel a great experience
I travelled solo for treatment and the support I received from the start of booking with Bookimed before travelling whilst at my clinic and on my return home was great always there to support me and my clinic in Istanbul was fantastic that they recommended would definitely use Bookimed again if was thinking of any more treatment they found quartz clinic in Istanbul for my otoplasty so pleased with everything thanks you made it all feel a great experience

The whole experience has been amazing.
The Bookimed team were fantastic. The team at Quartz clinic, where I had the treatment were also amazing.
The facilities, procedure, staff, hotel, everything was fantastic, I am so happy.
I had otoplasty (ear plastic surgery) to change the shape of my ears and I'm overwhelmed with the results.
Dr Ramazan is absolutely brilliant and I'd recommend him 100%!
