To start, I have been suffering from lower back issue for the past 20 years. I had an issue with L2-3-4-5 and S1 along with that I had severe piriformis pain and sciatica radiating down to my feet. I had a disectomy back in 2023 after which I was doing good, but in late 2024 I had a relapse and underwent a 15 day session of physio and pain killers post which things were good. December 2025 I had another relapse with same symptoms or rather worse. A friend of mine suggested Regen Ortho.
