Neurosurgeon Yuri Stenyuk spoke to me at great length, taking his time, answering all my questions and explaining the treatment plan in such a way that I had no doubts left. That was important. The whole process, from the first call to the coordinator right through to the arrangements at the clinic itself, was clear and straightforward. The coordinator, Sergey Kravets, was constantly checking in on me and offering support. The staff worked seamlessly and professionally. I feel I am in safe hands. There were no unpleasant surprises.

Everything was top notch. Friendly staff at the reception. There was a language barrier, but a Russian-speaking girl quickly came up. They took me to the doctor.
