I wouldn’t know where to start with this …I paid for a fat face transfer to address nose to mouth lines…I had 3 consultation s about what I wanted …once on first contact …second when I was passed to her,es clinic and third when I arrived with the surgeon , on the day of the procedure… On the day of the procedure as soon as I come round I could see the issues I had expressed HADNT been sorted and told the nurses straight way , who in turn got the surgeon to come in to my room….now having previously been nice , the surgeons attitude had changed massively, he was rude, dismissive and basically told me he made no promises ……I expressed my concerns again to the clinic coordinator, who was also just as disinterested and dismissive of me ….. BEWARE THERE ALLL SWEETNESS AND NICE TILL THEY HAD HAD YOUR MOMEY THEN THEY COULDNT GIVE A TOSS ….. I PAID £1500 and look no different at all..it wouldn’t surprise me if they hadn’t done anything at all..cause that’s sure how it looks in the mirror .. AVOID AVOID AVOID

This place is a money hungry butcher shop. They sent me away with a terrible infection that landed me in another hospital for a month in intensive care and two more surgeries that cost twice as much. My legs look like show leather and are really butchered up. My face is still swollen and it’s been 2 months. This company is the worst company for healthcare and compassion. They got their money and left me to rot. No follow up care what so ever. I couldn’t even clean myself up. The infection was so bad. There was no support. The doctor said someone would come by and give me a shower and they went out of town. Someone that wasn’t part of the support system came to help me. I needed a professional. Just before I left I was septic. NO HELPED me at all. They ignored the symptoms I reported. They sent me out of the country without paperwork that I was fit to travel. Which I wasn’t. I was lucky to finally get home and check into a hospital immediately.

I thought the doctor did an amazing job, and Nida🌼 was a godsend, but Sema was a terrible communicator and did not give me correct information many times. She said the shuttle was on its way, and we had to wait two hours before the Shuttle even came her translation skills are less than par, but overall, I was happy with the doctor and luckily I had Nida🌼 Nida!!’

I came all the way from Canada to get a revision rhinoplasty by Dr Fatma and I am inlove with my results so far. The whole process was hassle free. From consultation to hotel transfers and follow up check ups. During my consultation, Dr Fatma was very attentive with all my concerns and how I wanted my results to look and gave me realistic expectations. Dr Fatma, Zeynep and her team goes above and beyond for their patients. Absolutely recommend to anyone thinking about getting a rhinoplasty!

Did rhinoplasty. Everything went well. Clean and modern room. Very comfortable. The doctor inspired confidence and sympathy. A wonderful team of professionals. Everyone was attentive and friendly.

Before the trip, I was most worried about being alone in a foreign country and something going wrong. These concerns were completely unfounded. From the very first meeting, the surgeon instilled calm and confidence in me, and the entire medical staff was very attentive and caring. I felt safe. The clinic itself is modern and clean, all processes are well-organized, which added extra comfort. I am currently in the early stages of recovery and am simply grateful to the entire team for their professionalism and coordinated work. It was the right decision.

yes, i had reservations about being treated abroad but bookimed and hermes made in effortless, the hospital and service provided by hermes is excellent

My name is Dana and my surgeon was Fatma Soyuren. Me as an 18 year old girl with 0 zero experiences in surgery felt very comfortable with my surgeon. She made sure I understood every step of the process and made sure that I was completely comfortable. 10/10. Im very excited to see the final result! Very thankful for this opportunity
