The staff were very attentive. They often asked my girlfriend and me how we were feeling. They were very friendly. They fed us delicious food, just like at home. They stayed in touch with us after the operation. When we first arrived in Vilnius, they met us and took us to our apartment. The next day, they took us to the clinic for the operation and then brought us back. We are very satisfied.

I decided to travel to Lithuania for cosmetic surgery after much research and deliberation. I was very impressed with my video calls with Doctor Kamile Tijunele. She gave me a lot of time, asked me questions, listened and proposed a lower face deep-plane facelift with fat grafting. We discussed this over a few calls. Doctor Kamile was extremely receptive to listening to all my concerns & reassuring. I decided to put my faith in her, and it was the best decision I could have possibly made. From the get-go, Doctor Kamile was not just professional, but also patient and kind. She went out of her way to ensure I was comfortable both physically & mentally. The surgery went very well. The care I received in the clinic from her and all the team was second to none. I was very appreciative of the efficiency & high standards provided by all. I could not be happier with my results & would have no hesitation in recommending this clinic and this doctor. Doctor Kamile is a wonderful doctor & a wonderful person. She takes great pride in her work & is also a very empathetic human being. The aftercare was incredible, and I do mean that quite literally. I was driven to all my appointments & was never left waiting & wondering, everything was prompt & communication throughout was impeccable. A special mention also to Diana, the international coordinator at the clinic. She was always contactable, always helpful and kind. I cannot emphasise enough how positive my experience was under Doctor Kamile Tijunele. Quite honestly, without reservation, 5 stars! And if it were possible to give more stars, I would give them. Thank you Doctor Kamile Tijunele for your expertise, your work & your kindness. If only all doctors were like you!

I liked everything from the beginning (meeting me at the airport) to my departure. Everything was well thought out, accessible, competent and friendly. The doctor gave me enough time, answered all my questions. The operation was successful. I spent the rest of the day and night in the clinic. The ward was perfect, the care of the medical staff was excellent. Diana the interpreter was my guardian angel. Friendly, competent, responsive to all my requests and wishes. My stay in the clinic was not long, but the volume of the operation was huge, in my opinion. I felt not bad, like many patients of this clinic, after the operation the next day, after the examination, I was allowed to go home. Everything was fine in the ward clean, sterile where necessary, I have no complaints about this. The clinic itself has a calm and cozy atmosphere. The staff is polite and understanding. The doctors and nurses showed high professionalism and attentive attitude, which helped me to feel safe and comfortable. The operation was carried out quickly and qualitatively, without unnecessary complications. The post-operative period went smoothly - two days in a separate ward were as comfortable as possible. The ward was clean, cosy, with all the necessary amenities, and the staff was always nearby, ready to help with any questions. I really liked the attentiveness towards me, there were no restrictions or barriers with language. We met a taxi from the airport, and after the visit to the clinic, transport to the hotel was provided. Very nice staff, they speak Russian and English. They responded to all my questions and doubts with respect and understanding. Everything that happened during the process was told to me in advance and prepared. Very clean and calm atmosphere.
