One of my biggest worries was whether ESG was truly the right choice for me. My surgeon immediately addressed this by being very honest about who is not a suitable candidate, which built a lot of trust. He showed me the endoscopy images and clearly discussed the plan and all the diet stages before the procedure. I'm in my early recovery, but I am feeling better than expected. The post-op support has been solid; the clinic stays in touch, is easy to reach, and provided a clear aftercare guide. The only additional cost was for medicine, as the protein drinks and vitamins at the clinic were far too expensive. My main piece of advice would be to ask them beforehand what specific protein to buy, because it’s hard to figure it out with the different writing on the labels.

PLUSES Doctors at the highest level...professionalism, attention, responsibility felt during the whole stay...nothing unnecessary was said...no promises were made that could not be realised later...we were very satisfied with the results of their work.... Medical equipment may not be the latest models, but the penultimate certainly ... The food is very tasty... The facilities in the ward create a comfortable stay... The location of the clinic is good... Many hotels of different categories within walking distance..... MINUSES The medical staff and service staff (cleaning of the ward) wish to be better...the clinic needs a little more review of the process of care of medical staff for patients...at night when the patient before surgery or after surgery should gain strength and rest, begins frequent going to the room...then the temperature to measure, then the pressure, then remembering about the drip to connect the next or remove the forgotten.... Another disadvantage is the proposal-proform with an indication of what services are included in the paid amount, and which are not ... I would like a more specific list...taking into account that the treatment plan has changed, the amount to be paid has also changed, and there is always a question whether it is paid or whether it is necessary to pay additionally...which causes inconvenience and worries "whether you have enough money".... The general impression of the clinic was good...despite the disadvantages.....

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to my coordinating doctor Yaroslava from the platform. She was on call 24/7, always answered in detail, politely and with great patience. Yaroslava even enquired about my impressions after my consultation with the doctor, which was very pleasant. Her responsiveness and support helped me to make an important decision. As for the treatment and the doctor, it is too early to give a final assessment, as we are just starting to work. But I can already say that I chose Memorial Ataşehir Clinic and I was satisfied with the staff, the doctor, the interpreter and the clinic itself. I will definitely write a full review of the results later.

Hello everybody. Thanks to the Clinic for a successful operation. To the Neurosurgeon Mustafa Onaz and Professor Gohan. We are diagnosed with Brain cancer, the last stage, malignant. The tumor was twice as large. They saved my husband's life. Masha Allah. The operation was 8-9 hours. they deleted everything, I consider this a record. It was a difficult operation. Well done. At our KZ they could not remove everything that was, only a small part was removed and that's it. I bow to you. At the expense of the clinic. Service At the Highest Level. Hello! In both clinics in both Antalya and Istanbul (Asel, Nino) there were super coordinators. But, giving a tidy sum, I left with what I arrived. Without an accurate diagnosis and any solution to my problem. The doctor’s appointment $ 120-160, lasts about 5 minutes! And this is at best. Results and recommendations are issued in Turkish, and not in English.

I liked the clinic very much, my spouse and I spent the night there, we were fed. the translator was always with us, she resolved many issues with hospitalization, was constantly in touch, even helped in the money issue, she personally spoke with the doctor, she was very influenced by the discount they made. Also, the clinic has a cafeteria, and you can eat and eat. The hotel is, in principle, good, if you plan to go to the clinics for a long time, if you need to walk several times a day, it is very convenient, because after the operation there was something forgotten, you need to take something in the hotel, it is literally located behind. And the breakfasts there are good and the staff is responsive, the rooms are cramped, but in the old part of the city, more terrible than a hotel is even more expensive, and this hotel cost us very cheap.
