San Raffaele: Patients Reviews and Experience

What I feared most was feeling lost and unheard when I decided to seek a consultation in another country. But that fear vanished as soon as I got in touch with Bookingmed, specifically with Yulia. She looked through my preliminary test results, listened to my concerns and found a suitable clinic quite quickly; then we set a date and that was it! The only inconvenience was that I live near Rome, but the appointment was in Milan – though that wasn’t a problem for me! I was met at the clinic by an interpreter, who was also the coordinator, so I didn’t have to queue or wait around (YAY!!) The doctor answered all my questions patiently and without rushing. Fortunately, my fears turned out to be overblown. The entire process, from my initial enquiry right through to the appointment itself, was well organised. Everything simply worked out. I am now completely confident that I can get the advice I need in my own language at any time!!!! Thank you so much!!!
