Spanderashvili Dental Clinic: Patients Reviews and Experience

Warning for medical tourists! Damaged implant and defect in the Spanderashvili Clinic (SDC). Warning to all foreign patients! Initially, the first stage of implant installation at the SDC clinic in Tbilisi seemed good to me, which I now seriously doubt—how do I know how everything was actually done? I even left them a good review. But the subsequent prosthetic stage turned into a complete disaster. They work according to one template. Even during the fitting, two temporary bridges did not fit, but they kept telling me: "Zirconium will fit, we will file it." As a result, the bite was severely raised and completely spoiled. One bridge constantly came off and was actually lying in my pocket, and they told me it was normal. The second bridge was very tight and left a huge gap at the gum. The technician claimed that if it was tight, it was normal, he would fix the gap, and file the flying bridge. It seemed as if these bridges were taken from another patient and shoved into my mouth—no one intended to redo the construction. They wanted to cement this defect quickly to complete the job. To give the appearance of a snug fit, the prosthesis was simply glued. During fixation, they gave me an anesthesia injection and forcefully pushed the structure into my jaw. With this brute force, Spanderashvili damaged my implant, pushing it deeply under the gum, causing severe swelling of the cheek and pain! On the day of my flight to Germany, I went to the clinic, asked to return my money and take back their defect. I also asked to install gum formers. I left them these structures, and they returned the money as their fault was undeniable. The technician desperately continued to offer to "file and glue." But the damage was already done: I managed to get a CT scan in Georgia with these bridges, documenting all the defects. Now I am in Germany, awaiting an independent medical evaluation. Avoid this place!
