If you are considering a consultation with a neurosurgeon, my initial steps have been handled very well. The entire process felt organized from the beginning. My bookimed coordinator was amazing, really helpful and efficient, which made a significant difference. The surgeon was professional and clear during our remote meeting. It’s still early for me. I’ve only had a remote initial appointment so far, so can’t rate the hospital yet! But based on the coordination and communication, I feel I'm in good hands.
