I am delighted with the interpreter provided by the clinic. There were no problems in communicating with the doctor. The consultation about the surgery lasted about half an hour and the doctor explained to me in a very detailed and clear way what to do and how to solve my problem.

And then they organised consultations with the doctors of these clinics. And all of this quickly, clearly and without much effort on my part... The overall experience was excellent the translator was very informative as well as the contacs via email or phone, I can't comment about the follow ups because I have yet to experience one, anyway I am completely satisfied about the service and the surgery, thank you.

Attentive and caring staff, friendly and welcoming, very clean clinic. There was a significant difference between the base price, which was between €5,000 and €8,000, and the only additional examination, which was €150. To our surprise, we were asked to pay €9,750, which is a difference of €1,650. I wanted to have cataract surgery on my left eye and was given a quote of €5,610, which I found excessive given that I had already paid €9,750. Otherwise, everything was perfect, especially the staff.
The kindness of all the medical staff
1-We couldn't find a cushion after a vitrectomy, even after searching all over Barcelona, so I suffered without a cushion for my neck. 2-Leaving without the medical report, promising to send it to us by email, which we still haven't received after 11 days.

I was happy that Dr Lelia Garaya put such effort into trying to find medical assistance for me. Also that Mr Ostap Bondarenko and Dr Oliver made arrangements to help me see Dr Gabriel Salazwr quickly on short notice and in turn Dr Jordi Rumia; also for CT scan and MRI tests arranged by Dr Salazwr on short notice to determine suitability for MRIgFSU.

It was amazing to meet top doctors there and I am so happy with doctor Camilla who is fantastic ophthalmologist and solved the problem professionally. Initially, no one knew there was an appointment for us! They didn’t know who would attend to us! We had to ask several people using the reference name we had, and until they managed to identify the lady, we started the tests with a 2h delay… We did everything as planned without problems. More than 3 weeks have passed since we went to this clinic, and to date no one has sent us the results of the remaining tests. Not even the medical opinion! Considering how much was paid, no one is finishing what we went there to do!
