Hatten um 9:30 Termin, mussten ne Nummer ziehen und konnten uns dann tatsächlich um 10:30 anmelden - alles in allem 4 Stunden gewartet - trotz Termin.

The last place. You take your 10-year-old daughter there because of severe pain and a severely swollen knee. The only thing the on-call doctor can think of is to cause even more pain without diagnosing it. And all night at 11:00 PM.

Absolutely outrageous. I was there for five days, referred by my GP via the emergency room. They initially put me on the wrong ward, neurology instead of internal medicine. The neurology department was supposed to take care of me, but of course they didn't. I'm not usually complaining about the food, but this is simply unacceptable. The same thing every morning and evening: a slice of toast, a slice of brown bread. No fruit or vegetables, nothing. There was no medical help, just useless examinations to make money, and that was in a university hospital. What has become of this place since privatization is hard to put into words. Rhönkliniken should be avoided.

Unfortunately, I had to go through a very stressful experience that left me deeply unsettled. I was initially told that I would need brain surgery due to a diagnosed cerebral displacement. This news was naturally frightening, but I took it seriously and prepared myself for it. Just a few days later, I experienced shortness of breath and paralysis and was therefore taken to the hospital by helicopter. There, however, I was completely surprised to learn that neurological surgery was not necessary – instead, I was recommended to see a psychiatrist. The sudden change in medical assessment, without adequate explanation or follow-up, was extremely stressful for me. I felt like I wasn't being taken seriously and was left alone. In such situations, I wish for more careful diagnosis, clearer communication, and, above all, respectful treatment of patients who are already in an exceptional situation.

Very lazy and terrible organized personnel. It's a shame: doctors do nothing and always ask to wait and it takes 0.5h-1h before next doctor come and do exactly the same overview of patient and then ask to wait again. We spent in nowhere 6h just to make one xray. Updated: all personnel was very polite, no incidents or stress. Hope it all happens because of lack of personnel.
