Mommy makeover in Vanity Cosmetic Surgery Center

A Mommy Makeover at Vanity Cosmetic Surgery Center in Istanbul, Turkey, is a combined surgical session designed to restore a woman's body after childbirth. This procedure is performed by surgeons with international training and memberships in organizations like ISAPS and EBOPRAS. The clinic holds ISO 9001 and ISO 10002 certifications, making it a trusted choice for patients seeking body contouring.

Combined Surgical Methods

The Mommy Makeover combines several surgeries into one single session under general anesthesia. This approach helps patients address multiple concerns without needing separate recovery periods. Common procedures included in the surgery are:

• Tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) to remove excess skin and tighten abdominal muscles.
• Breast lift or augmentation to restore volume and shape to the breasts.
• Liposuction to remove stubborn fat deposits from the hips, waist, or thighs.
• Vaginal rejuvenation or labiaplasty for functional or aesthetic improvements.

Expert Surgical Team

Dr. Güray Yeşiladalı leads the surgical team with over 20 years of experience. He founded the Vanity Cosmetic Surgery Center in 2016 after completing an international fellowship at Wisconsin University in the USA. Dr. Güray Yeşiladalı is a member of the Rhinoplasty Society of Europe and the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery. Dr. Bora Ok also performs these surgeries at the center, having completed 2,500+ procedures. He holds memberships in the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery.

Recovery and Aftercare

Patients typically return to light activities within 10 to 14 days after the surgery. Most people can return to work after two weeks of rest. Heavy exercise and lifting should be avoided for at least six weeks to allow the body to heal. The clinic provides compression garments and structured aftercare to help with the healing process. While liposuction scars fade over time, tummy tuck and breast lift scars are permanent but usually hidden by undergarments. Full results usually appear between 6 and 12 months after the procedure.

Safety and Accreditation

The clinic is authorized by the Ministry of Health of Turkey and holds a Temos COVID-19 Safe certificate. It maintains a 4.8 rating from over 1,000 patient reviews on Google. Before surgery, patients must undergo blood tests and maintain a stable weight. The medical team also advises patients to stop smoking and avoid aspirin before the operation to help reduce risks.
