I had a great experience at Via Life Clinic. My treatment coordinator, Adam, was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He stayed in contact with me regularly, making sure everything went smoothly and that all of my questions were answered. One thing that really stood out was how much he went above and beyond. Since I'm vegan and there weren't many vegan food options near my hotel in Istanbul, Adam took the time to bring me to a local market and helped me find foods that fit my diet. That level of care made a big difference and showed that he genuinely cared about my comfort. The only downside was that I wasn't informed ahead of time that the hotel required a security deposit at check-in. Since I had already paid for my entire stay, I wasn't expecting any additional charges. Fortunately, I had enough cash with me, so it wasn't a problem, but it would have been helpful to know in advance. Overall, I had an excellent experience and was very happy with the care and service I received. I would definitely recommend Via Life Clinic to anyone considering a hair transplant.

I had a truly wonderful experience from start to finish. From the pick up to the drop off, My coordinator, Kaan, was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. He was kind, attentive, and incredibly supportive. He answered all of my questions with patience, made sure I understood every step, and checked in with me regularly before and after my procedure. His professionalism and genuine care made me feel completely comfortable and confident in my decision. The clinic itself was just as impressive. The staff was welcoming and professional, and the facility was clean, organized, and very well maintained. Everything ran smoothly, and I felt safe and well cared for the entire time. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’m so grateful for the exceptional service and support I received. I highly recommend both Kaan and the clinic to anyone considering a procedure. What made the experience even more special was being able to meet the owner of the clinic. That extra level of care and personal involvement truly made me feel valued and welcomed.

From the first meeting, they were very attentive and patiently answered all my questions. The moment I entered the clinic, I noticed their meticulous hygiene practices; everything was spotless and the atmosphere was professional. On the day of the procedure, I was greeted by a friendly and expert team. I received detailed information beforehand, and the process was clearly explained. I felt very comfortable throughout the procedure, and they constantly cared about my condition. They were also very attentive to post-procedure care, explaining step-by-step what to watch out for. The same attention continued during follow-up appointments. Now my hair looks natural and healthy, and I've regained my confidence. Great clinic to do a hairtransplant. The moment I reached out I was provided with very accurate information and from there on the planning of this trip went smoothly. Transport and hotel were included and the organization showed flexibility when I wanted to add some days in Istanbul before the operation. The team made a personal assessment in regards to my situation for my hairline etcetera and the performance of this was great. Would definitely recommend this clinic

I recently had my second hair transplant done with Vialife Clinic, and so far, I’ve been really happy with the whole experience. The price was very reasonable, especially for the level of care and professionalism I received. One of the main reasons I chose Vialife Clinic is because the first company I used didn’t have their own surgery rooms they actually used Vialife’s clinic to perform their operations. So, I already knew the location, felt comfortable there, and knew it was a proper, professional environment. That familiarity made my decision much easier. The package included one VIP transfer from my hotel, which was a great touch and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The team used the DHI method this time to give me more thickness and fullness, and although it’s only been five days since the procedure, everything has gone perfectly so far. A big thank you goes to Alex, my consultant, who organised everything for me and made sure I had all the information I needed before, during, and after the transplant. He even answered questions after hours, sometimes when I’d accidentally woken him up that kind of dedication really stood out. Alex honestly deserves a promotion, and anyone who gets him as their consultant can feel confident they’ll be in very good hands. For now, I’m giving Vialife Clinic 5 stars based purely on the experience so far. Everything has been handled professionally, and I’ve felt well looked after from start to finish.
