Being an American this is the worst international customer service at a hospital I have found overseas. It takes hours to be approved to see a doctor. Meaning you the customer has to call your insurance and get a guarantee of payment. If you want to be seen quick and by a specialist without the hassle, drive to Pyeongtaek and go to Good Morning Hospital. Its worth the drive.

정형외과 심대무교수님 신경외과 박종태교수님 명의십니다. 척추 협착과 디스크로 신경관협착이 와서 걷지도 못했는데 많이 좋아졌습니다. 매일 엑스레이 사진보면서 치료한거 소상히 일러주시고 내일 치료 소상히 설명해 주셔서 치료 과정이 안심이되고 신뢰가되었습니다. 증상을 다 듣고 조언과 문진이 감동이네요. 부모님때문이라도 여러병원 다녀봤어도 주치의가 15분~20분을 매일같이 이렇게 문진 해주시는곳은 처음이네요. 그래서 명의이신것 같습니다. 교수님들과 주치의 선생님들 참 감사합니다.
