The beautiful Dr. Ju helped me with full-face wrinkle removal, and I had been getting my chin strengthened by injections. She told me that my chin isn’t suitable for Botox and recommended other better options. She’s truly a conscientious good doctor, too! 👩‍⚕️

I asked Mr. Tachibana to do Botox and hyaluronic acid. The hyaluronic acid was injected into my temples, and I’m very satisfied with the natural-looking result. This time was my first time getting Botox injected into the area above my upper lip. I’m looking forward to seeing whether it makes my philtrum look shorter.

~About the procedure and results~ Around three months after surgery (2026/10/12). I’ll add more about how it turned out. It’s exactly as I imagined, and I’m very satisfied. I’m truly glad I asked Ogawa-sensei to do it. At other clinics, I was refused several times—probably because it was a revision surgery and there was a big left-right difference. I understood it was a difficult surgery, so I went in with the hope that even if it couldn’t be perfect, at least it would be a little better. However, in reality it wasn’t just “a little better.” They made my nose exactly like my ideal. Below is what I told them before the surgery, but at the three-month point after surgery, everything is exactly as I wanted. The left-right difference isn’t even something that has been softened—it’s not there at all. ◼︎ My wishes ・“Naturalness first,” and refine it ・Soften the left-right difference ・Make the tip of the nose slightly smaller ・Make the nostrils slightly smaller too ・Raise the nose a little so the side profile looks beautiful ・Don’t dramatically change the overall impression of my face Until about one month after surgery, I was worried because my nose looked big—but, as the doctors said, little by little the contours came out and it became smaller. Now I catch myself looking in the mirror because I’m so happy. I’m no longer scared of photos taken from any angle. I’m also no longer afraid to talk face-to-face with people. I’m so happy it’s hard to believe, and everyone around me has been very complimentary. I’m looking forward to the finished result. ------------- I had Ogawa-sensei perform my nose surgery. (Procedure details: Removal of mesh from another clinic, nasal bone osteotomy with width adjustment/shift, rhinoplasty using autologous tissue, nasal septum lengthening using costal cartilage, nasal tip formation, cartilage grafting, removal of Osteopore, “Kabi-kizoku” surgery, nostril reduction) ~Overall review~ Overall, I’m extremely satisfied. Not only their technical skill, but also the counseling, postoperative follow-up, and the staff’s responses—everything was handled carefully one by one, and my anxiety about a major surgery naturally eased. I was able to trust Ogawa-sensei and everyone involved and feel at ease handing everything over to them. I’m truly glad I chose this clinic. 1. Counseling At first, I went for counseling because I wanted to request Tetsu-sensei, who is famous for revision surgery. Before and after my counseling with Tetsu-sensei, the counselor, Okano-san, kindly listened and supported me. She helped resolve my anxious points and unclear questions, and also helped me put my worries into words together, which was very reassuring. Okano-san herself has also undergone surgery, so she spoke with reference to her own experience. It was easy to picture things, and my anxiety also eased. I still remember how relieved I felt right away. Tetsu-sensei’s proposals and simulations were highly satisfying. However, because the surgery date I wanted didn’t line up and it exceeded my budget, I was introduced to Ogawa-sensei, the vice director. I was able to speak with Ogawa-sensei online on short notice, since he was visiting the Osaka branch. Based on his assessment of my nose through the online consultation, he said that the proposal content was basically the same as Tetsu-sensei’s. We also discussed other things that made me anxious. I felt his manner was gentle and easy to talk to. After I met him in person, my impression didn’t change. 2. Case examples I had decided to aim for about 80% of what I requested, but while I couldn’t make up my mind, Ogawa-sensei’s case photos became the deciding factor. I looked at Ogawa-sensei’s cases, and I also compared them with cases from other doctors. As I kept looking, I realized that the tendency of noses made by different doctors was different. Even taking the patient’s intentions into account, I felt that the doctor’s aesthetic sense has a big influence on the design and the overall balance of the face. When I looked at Ogawa-sensei’s cases, I felt he’s especially good at creating very natural noses with no “surgical feeling.” He retains the good qualities of the original nose and, without making major changes, creates a “forgotten/natural” nose that doesn’t make a strong statement—an impression that strongly matched what I wanted. Because the nose I wanted was also a natural, no-surgical-feeling nose, I felt it was a perfect match and decided to proceed. Also, when I checked Ogawa-sensei’s Instagram, it didn’t seem like the flashy, forceful type—it had a modest and calm impression. That also made me feel there might be something consistent with the way he designs noses. 3. Design The 3D simulations he made for me were extremely natural and just as I had imagined. When I first met Ogawa-sensei directly and had him look at my nose, I remember being advised to add an additional adjustment to the osteotomy width/shift. Before I visited, I had assumed the surgery would only be on the tip of my nose. I didn’t really have major concerns about my nasal bridge, and I also remember being confused because it would cost more. I was told that “once the nose tip is refined, it’s possible that a blurry nasal bridge could start to stand out.” Because I wanted to make it my final nose surgery, I decided to ask for the osteotomy width adjustment as well. (As it turned out, I’m really glad they also refined my nasal bridge!) 4. Day of surgery Not only Ogawa-sensei, but also the nurses and the anesthesiologist—everyone was professional, and I felt confident and safe entrusting the surgery to them. 5. Postoperative support Ogawa-sensei, of course, as well as the reception staff and the nurses, made it easy to ask questions. It was also very helpful that I could ask about worries by LINE or DM. 6. Results / Finish Since it’s only about two weeks after surgery, I’ll hold back on the details. There’s no left-right difference now, and the shape is beautiful. Thanks to Ogawa-sensei’s aesthetic sense and delicate technique, I’m sure I’ll end up with a satisfying finish—and I’m looking forward to it. 7. The clinic The clinic is clean and well maintained. I almost never had to wait, which I always appreciated. Also, there were hardly ever times when I would cross paths with other customers, so it felt comfortable. I’m sure the staff are busy, but I didn’t feel a rushed, hectic atmosphere. My impression was that they always responded carefully and politely.

I had been self-conscious about the roundness of my nose since childhood, and I also wanted my eyes to appear slightly larger. For these reasons, I decided to undergo nasal surgery and a procedure to enlarge the visible area of the whites of my eyes with Dr. Ogawa at Zetith Beauty Clinic. Because these procedures can significantly change one’s appearance, I did feel anxious. However, during the consultation, Dr. Ogawa explained everything carefully and took the time to listen to my wishes and the overall look I hoped to achieve. I felt very reassured being able to proceed with the surgery after fully understanding and agreeing with the plan. I was nervous on the day of the surgery, but the nurses and staff were very kind and supportive, which helped me stay calm throughout the process. It has now been three months since the surgery, and the appearance of my nose has gradually become much closer to what I had hoped for, which makes me very happy. I wanted to improve my hooked nose and get rid of my “forgetful nose,” so I had surgery with Dr. Ogawa. After one month since the procedure, it’s not fully finished yet, but the hooked nose that I was worried about has become a natural-looking line, and I’m very satisfied with the finish that feels completely natural. I’m even more excited to see how it will look when it’s fully completed. The clinic is extremely clean, and the staff members always respond kindly and carefully. Dr. Ogawa was also very gentle. Also, for my main treatment—the nose—I had it done by Tetsu-sensei. The nose, which originally had a low, small, and round impression, has now become a neat, defined shape, and I’m truly impressed!
