I had a breast augmentation operation. It took a very long time to pass the tests, without an interpreter, the staff is not attentive, there was no consultation with the doctor after the operation, I only saw a nurse at the dressing .I did not get any answers to my questions .I was in the ward for 24 hours, the staff there is very good, thank them very much, the food is normal, clean, comfortable beds.After discharge, my ultrasound scans were lost...When I asked where they are, no one knows.Now it is already 8 days after the operation...I sent the pictures of the breast no response ....

The nurses are mostly adult women with a lot of experience. The night after the operation I was pleasantly surprised that after pressing the call button I did not have to wait for them to come at all. The surgeon and anaesthetist are professionals.

Surgeon pleasant kind helpful. However, not very transparent, I asked for a certain result. His assistant and he himself assured me that it was feasible and that I would get it. Nothing at all like what I had asked for and once you have paid the deposit it will be very difficult to get in touch with his personal assistant... fortunately there was the bookimed assistant who was always there to meet my expectations!

I was satisfied with everything
I was satisfied with everything. The staff literally led me by the hand to all the examinations. Dr Alexandra Luniewska listened to all my wishes and applied them during the operation. I can't say 100% yet, as it is 9 days after the operation, but based on what I can see, I am satisfied with the result.

Transfer service was really good and well worth it in my opinion
Pros: Transfer service was really good and well worth it in my opinion . Patient co-ordinator we’re very helpful and fluent in English Hospital staff were polite and professional. Cons: Busy hospital corridors, people waiting on stairwells. Equipment seemed poorly maintained, and old in a lot of cases. One room we had to use to sign documents was full of bloody bandages just sitting on table, no co-ordination. When having my blood pressure checked, the equipment had pieces of chewing gum stuck on it - assuming from previous patients ( no attention to detail when cleaning). Advertised as English speaking nurses, but none really spoke English, had to use translator app alot.

That when I leave the clinic I have no contract or documents, that I paid for the operation, which unfortunately did not take place, and that I should get my money back. And how much will be deducted for the research? Administrative staff. Unprofessional work. There is no coordination between the supervisor and the nursing staff. The administrator gives his information, but the nursing staff does something completely different. Because of the inconsistency between the medical staff and the curators of the clinic my trip cost me 1000€ more.
