I am very happy and satisfied with Bookimed service

My experience in the hospital was not the best one. Please don't get me wrong, the hospital is well maintained and organized. The only problem I had was the visa for my husband. They have assigned interpreter for me in Bulgarian (I have not requested, because my husband doesn't speak my language, so we preferred English communication), however the lady took more than two weeks to replay my email and send the invitation letter. The visa was not ready on time. My treatment started and I had to cancel because my husband was not able to come. We have lost a lot of money and of course the delay of our dream. No one even offer an apology to me.. I am very happy and satisfied with Bookimed service. Everyone I talk to is very polite, attentive and try to fulfil all the request and solve the problem. Thank you so much. I will be happy to work with you again.

Everything else was top notch

Very polite and professional manner. The hospital is very established and the care team try their very best to answer all your questions. The only issue I had was the luck of understanding one another due to language barrier. As English is an international language it would help if the there were more translators in case the one coordinated for you wasn’t there. Other than that everything else was top notch

Medical team was professional and well experience.The hospital is very far away from the city centre and only two times the transport was provided although we had another consultation scheduled with another doctor at another day when the tests were also supposed to be taken but we had to arrange for the transport ourselves.
