السلام عليكم ورحمه الله كبرنامج بوكيميد ممتاز الناس اللي فيه ممتازين الرد ممتاز بس اخر مره عن طريق مستشفى ام سي تركيا المترجم شخص اسمه عيسى ضعيف جدا في الترجمه وما يترجم ليش في كلام الدكتور لان الدكتور تكلم فتره طويله وكانت الترجمه فتره بسيطه فكان في اشياء كثيره ما يترجمش فيها لي وما استفدتش منها اي حاجه وما استفدتش من الكشف دكتور

The clinic is modern, comfortable and spacious. The specialist with whom we dealt is very highly qualified, sensitive. Our guide-translator Anna was very helpful. Cars for bringing in and taking away from the clinic were comfortable and served on time and accurately. I recommend this clinic to everyone who needs help. My experience in the hospital was not the best one. Please don't get me wrong, the hospital is well maintained and organized. The only problem I had was the visa for my husband. They have assigned interpreter for me in Bulgarian (I have not requested, because my husband doesn't speak my language, so we preferred English communication), however the lady took more than two weeks to replay my email and send the invitation letter. The visa was not ready on time. My treatment started and I had to cancel because my husband was not able to come. We have lost a lot of money and of course the delay of our dream. No one even offer an apology to me.. I am very happy and satisfied with Bookimed service. Everyone I talk to is very polite, attentive and try to fulfil all the request and solve the problem. Thank you so much. I will be happy to work with you again.

We were at the Memorial clinic in Ataşehir on April 1, 2019. In the clinic we were well met by the translator Olga. The clinic immediately took us to the doctor J. Demirel. We liked the clinic. The clinic passed all tests said the 20-day results will be ready while waiting for the results.

Medical team was professional and well experience.The hospital is very far away from the city centre and only two times the transport was provided although we had another consultation scheduled with another doctor at another day when the tests were also supposed to be taken but we had to arrange for the transport ourselves.
