Clinic coordinator Maria thought that we only needed an MRI of the lower back; all appointments were on hold for more than an hour. The appointment was for one time, they came in 1-1.5 hours later. We repeatedly asked coordinator Maria to send the result with a translation, and asked to send a disk with the MRI result. As a result, all the blame was placed on the translator that she translated the information to us incorrectly, in fact, Maria’s manner of speaking is very rude, she could simply say “It’s your own fault, you misunderstood us.” We were disappointed in the clinic. And all the disappointment was spoiled only because of the coordinator Maria, by the way, our number was blocked without sending the result. I do not recommend going to this clinic. I only wanted to speak about the clinic coordinator Maria, I wanted to post correspondence with her, but she deleted some messages and blocked my number.
