The crown fell on vacation. I had to think about going to the dentist. In addition, she knew about two teeth waiting for their seals. But I did not want to waste time on treatment. I contacted Bookimed. And within a couple of days their coordinator, Dmitry Belik, found a suitable option - the Dentakademi clinic in Istanbul. Dmitry contacted the clinic and agreed on everything. I have only to fly. The coordinator of the clinic arranged for me a free transfer from the airport and back, and this is neither more nor less, more than an hour by car. In the clinic, too, I was not left for a minute, everything was organized clearly and without unnecessary red tape - first an x-ray, a visit to the orthodontist, where I was slightly upset that the root should be removed. Then a visit to the surgeon, who told his opinion about the fate of the tooth - pull out the root, later the implant and the crown. Then go to the doctor who sealed all the holes. There were six of them! At the same time, in conclusion, he still cleaned the stones and bleached them. The whole procedure took an hour - ten, no more. Then a heart-wrenching visit back to the surgeon to leave the root of the tooth. As a result, it became clear that an infection was starting to develop, which was not visible either on the x-ray or in the visual examination. And that's all. Airport transfer. All the time in the clinic took about four hours. Very pleased with the qualifications of doctors. For some reason, when I think about their work, I remember a video on the Internet about the virtuoso cooks. So sharp, fast and precise movements were with my doctors. A huge thank you to them. Thanks to the coordinator of the clinic. I did not feel abandoned for a single minute and not wanted in a foreign country! And all this was not more expensive than if I had done all this in my clinic in Kiev. Even cheaper. I recommend. Both Bookimed and the clinic!

I visited the clinic from the UK to have 28 crowns. I have to admit I was sceptical. Mavidenta clinic stood out to me for fairness and reviews so I followed this through with them. Bookimed was consistent and answered all my questions prior offering support. The clinic connected me and made all the arrangements including transfers from the airport to the clinic and hotel. I booked my hotel separately as I wanted self catering and an apartment. I made sure I was within a close travel distance to the clinic. When I arrived at the clinic I was met by a translator who explained everything. I met with the Dr who was truly an expert in her field. The clinic was spotlessly clean , modern and staff were also the same. I discussed my treatment plan again at the clinic as it appeared I would need some root canal work and filling which were additional. I also upgraded the quality of the crowns. I paid half of the treatment up front and reserved the rest for the end. The treatment took 6 days and I was at the clinic 5 of the days. Total time at the clinic each day would range from 1hr too 5hrs. I was given prescriptions for antibiotics and pain relief. The entire process was reflective of the cost and quality. The clinic was not the cheapest nor the most expensive but it was and did deliver a high quality finish and service. I don't believe you could get much better. If your hesitant about visiting don't be. For me this was worth every penny. Tips and things to be aware of: If your paying by debit or credit card you will need to pay local tax. If you pay cash you don't. Don't expect this to be a pain free process. It's dental work. However the clinic and staff are super professional and your given pain relief. Allow yourself a few days extra at the end of the treatment so if there are any complications you can sort them out and allow yourself time to enjoy parts of the city at the same time. Try and book accommodation close to the rail network or within a 30 min walk. Overall I was highly satisfied with the entire process and would recommend the clinic and process to anyone who is thinking of visiting

I would highly recommend the SoracaMed clinic. Everything was organised, without delay, which is very important for a person who came for medical services from another country. The qualification and attitude of the medical staff and the doctor is above all praise. There is an interpreter coordinator, which makes the process so easy. The amount for the services was also the same as what I had been quoted in correspondence prior to my arrival in the country. I appreciate that there was no imposition of unnecessary expensive services, everything is just on the merits. The clinic is clean, stylish and inspires confidence. I express my sincere gratitude to Bookimed, in particular to the medical coordinator on the Bookimed platform Christina and the coordinator of the SoracaMed clinic in Antalya and translator Valeria. I went to Antalya on a tourist trip to Turkey. I only had 2 days in Antalya. And Christina was able to quickly find me a dental clinic in Antalya. I needed a crown placed on an implant. And Valeria, many thanks to her, was able to quickly come to an agreement with Dr. Göksel Kalyaz. Our tourist group arrived in Antalya in the evening of March 20th. At a time convenient for me, a term was immediately assigned that same evening. By the time I arrived, the abutment needed for the implant I had installed had been found. I arrived at the clinic late, but Valeria and the doctor were waiting for me. All procedures necessary to make the crown were performed. And on March 21, at 15:00, the crown was made and I was assigned a term at that time. I had a crown installed. There was no inflammation or pain after the crown was installed. I liked that the treatment went very quickly. The clinic coordinator is always in touch and responds very quickly. In addition, while you are waiting for treatment they offer coffee, tea, baklava, even when you can’t consume it 😅.
