I was treated for breast cancer, I liked everything, I had chemotherapy, surgery, and radiotherapy, and now every 3 months I have check-ups. I would like to express my gratitude to my attending doctor, surgeon, my coordinator, all nurses and interpreters, I remember when I first arrived, I was so confused, panic and fear. But as soon as the treatment started, everything went in its own way, I had to go through everything and I am glad I did. Thank you!

From the moment I entered the clinic, it was an amazing journey into the world of beauty!!! Consultations with the doctor were brief and precise in determining the surgical plan! Constant assistance from coordinators in various issues related to accommodation, transfer and just friendly conversation! Wonderful, attentive medical staff!!! The care, care and support from the first minute I spent in the clinic simply captivated me!! I felt confident, because I knew that my life and health were in the hands of professionals!!! I am very grateful to you all!!!

My care was very good from start to finish. As soon as I arrived at the hospital, I was greeted by my interpreter and team. They were very friendly, put me at ease and explained what would happen and when. I had checks done and blood taken etc and met the consultant. He was absolutely lovely and again explained the whole procedure. I also met with the Anaesthetist. My procedure was completed and the care was fantastic from all the staff involved. The room and hospital were great. I felt like we had VIP treatment. The Hotel was also nice and everything runs like clockwork. Thanks to all the team but, especially to Ishmeal, Senna and Doctor Ozturk.

I had a very pleasant experience. The nurses were very caring and nice to me, they always asked me how I was feeling. The doctor did an excellent job, I liked the way he communicated with me and the attention he had. The surgery was very successful, the result is very good, I am very happy that I had the opportunity to have surgery at this clinic and I do not regret anything. I was really nervous about a new breast lump that developed. I reached out to Book I med and explained my situation. I was directed to Hisar Intercontinental Hospital. They did biopsy, ultrasound and PET scan. Although I wanted surgery, doctor explained it wasn't in my best interest and recommended medication instead. Doctors were careful to come up with plan, they didn't rush to make decisions. I had a medical coordinator who assisted in transportation to and from hospital and coordinating tests and doctor visits. I was also assigned an interpreter for Turkish to English.They were both wonderful and it was nice to have assistance and smiling faces when I arrived. They always took time to listen to concerns and answer questions. I met with 2 doctors, a breast cancer surgeon and oncologist. They both were professional and friendly. They met with a tumor board of physicians to discuss my plan.I feel like I got professional care and good treatment plan. The hospital was clean and modern. They did a good job with the tests, I didn't feel any pain from the doctor who did my biopsy. Believe me when you have something as scary as a breast lump you want to be in good hands.I paid for each test and medication individually with credit card. I was told the cost before each purchase. Even though the whole bill wasn't cheap, it's much much lower cost than I could get in United States. As a self pay patient I am glad for that also. So overall even though I was struggling with something really bad(tumor) I feel like I got great and professional care at a decent price. I would truly recommend this to anyone. And Turkey is such a beautiful country with friendly people. There is hidden artwork everywhere. So even though I am going through this ordeal being in beautiful Turkey makes it not so bad. The food here is really good and cheap. I'm staying in Old city which has tons of Cafe restaurants. In your spare time just sitting at a Cafe and watching the myriad of people walking by is fun. I am confident I am going to beat this breast tumor with the help of the wonderful care given at Hisar Intercontinental Hospital.

I went to Turkey for diagnostics at the Istinye clinic, there are many impressions and, unfortunately, they are not very good. To begin with, the clinic itself is good and the equipment is also at the level, everything went quickly and waited for the result. Because quarantine began in Turkey, flew home, and here it began, although the coordinators promised to keep in touch with me. In short, they discouraged all the desire to go there again and do the operation there! Because it all depends on your coordinator and translator. They only work well with people who pay a lot and no questions asked. I do not advise you to go there, just because everything is decided not by the doctor, but by the coordinator, he even provides you with the prices !!!! There is only one negative left !!!!

From visiting the clinic and undergoing examination were only negative impressions. Appointed to the doctor for 10 days at a certain time, and got an hour later! All tests were taken promptly, in 1 day and promised the results and a visit to the doctor in 2-3 days (the doctor himself said that everything needs to be done very quickly, because I needed urgent treatment), and silence .... Irada I didn’t answer calls ... We only got contact with the help of Bookimed employees! In general, we got to the doctor only after a week, and we were told that we needed to do another examination !!! (remembered) In general, we lost time in vain, which is very important for cancer patients, nerves and money ... Many thanks to the girls from Bookimed for support, help and patience Ie !!! Everything was well adjusted, the relation cost-quality is amazing. The hospital is in very good condition, hospital rooms are well equipped, the technologies are modern, the nurses are very friendly and the staff overall as well. There was only one minor inconvenience related to logistics, but overall the experience and the outcome were really satisfying

Turkey is the most beautiful country i have ever seen in my life! I never thought any place could outdo Brazil but i was wrong.
