Hello. The surgeon is a really good specialist, the operation was successful, for which I am very grateful. The only disadvantage is that the work of the nursing staff left an unpleasant impression: there was a feeling that they were either not competent enough or simply not interested in fulfilling their duties.

The Medi-Cal team was amazing and the hospital stay was beyond expectations.. No words can express this journey, especially that I was alone and I have no-one to help, the medical team was the family that I didn't have in this hard time!! It started by arranging my fflight pickup from the airport, brought a luxurious van to take me from and to hospital, hotel and airport , they offered me the full support and successfuly completed a very complicated surgery, I owe them all my gratitude. My only complaint is that they didn't ask for an emergency number in case of a crisis .. I did that by informing my family with the number of the personal assistant who was occupied to assist me in my whole journey there.

This review is information to help the clinic improve their services. The surgeon was knowledgeable. The nursing staff is not available for anything but doing your vitals. They don’t even ask if you want any water. I was feeling nauseous and dizzy and there was no juice or crackers available. When you could get it, you had to pay for it. The biggest issue is the nurse’s help button is against the wall which is obviously hard to get to when you can’t get out of the bed especially right after the surgery. The button should be on the hospital bed. At one point I was left without a hospital gown and the nurse never came back to give me a new one! Another issue was the hotel room that was given to me had paper thin walls and therefore could never get a proper sleep. I could hear EVERYTHING that was happening in the room and the restaurant beside me! I couldn’t change rooms because I just had the surgery and was not able to repack my stuff and move.

Journey to medical tourism in Turkey was an Excellent experience! Was welcomed at the airport by the team member of Dr. Bakr AbdulHadi and took us to hotel. Next morning was picked up by the team member and meet my surgeon, Everything went smoothly, had tummy tuck with 360 liposuction and BBL. It was very satisfying outcome ( 2 months post surgery). I have to mention the name of team member, English spoken Mr. Souheib who is very professional and was with us all the time of my journey. He provided updated schedule and lead us through. I don’t have a single fault for my visit. My translator was lovely and attentive and I was able to contact him before, during and after my visit with any question. The medical staff and nurses were very kind and the doctor very professional. I am extremely happy and would highly recommend anyone to try them. Bookimed were brilliant. They organised everything for me and checked on me after my treatment.
