I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the team at Westdent Clinic for their excellent work and care! I had zirconium crowns placed on my upper jaw - the result exceeded all expectations. The work of the doctors is real professionalism, care and striving for perfection. I am especially grateful to the doctors who treated me - thanks to you I now have a beautiful and natural smile and a complete sense of comfort. A huge thank you to the interpreters and all the staff at the clinic for their support, attention and help every step of the way. I never felt alone for a minute - everything was explained in an easy-to-understand way and I was accompanied during all the procedures. Special thanks for organising the transfer: we were met at the airport, taken to the clinic every day and brought back to the hotel - everything was organised clearly, conveniently and without delays. Our stay in a cosy hotel near the clinic was very comfortable: clean rooms, caring staff and an atmosphere in which we could really relax and recover after the procedures. I am still at the beginning of the process of implants and zirconia crowns, so I can't say anything about the overall result. As for my first visit to the clinic, I liked everything about it, with the exception of the minor disadvantages, which look so small against the background of all the other advantages that they are not worth mentioning. The clinic was modern and comfortable, the staff was attentive and polite. Bookimed coordinators were always on call and always answered any questions in detail. The shuttle service was timely and comfortable at all times of the day. The hotel in the city centre within walking distance to the seafront, attractions and shopping was just perfect, the hotel staff were lovely and kind people, breakfast (though vegetarian) was included. Thank you so much to everyone who made my 4 days in Izmir feel more like a mini holiday than a treatment.

I was in Antalya for the first step and the care provided by the coordinator Eldar was really perfect. all transfers were punctual and comfortable. eldar was always at my side and did everything to make me feel comfortable. the treatment was surprisingly quick and precise. although I had a local anaesthetic, it was almost painless.The orthodontist must have been an expert.I was given all the medication and instructions.Although the whole thing was quite hard,I would always have my treatment done there again.Now the healing phase follows,then I can say exactly about the result.I am convinced that I will have a radiant smile.

The clinic is super, the doctors are very attentive, they do things quickly and very well.Dr Tugche and her assistant did everything top class. Very well coordinated team of technicians and doctors. I would like to especially mention Alina and Natalia, they are very helpful with all questions, even those not related to the clinic. The transfer is excellent and even to any place we ask. The accommodation is deluxe, one bedroom flat, swimming pool, fitness, quiet, the flat has everything for complete comfort, the complex even has security. The people around are very welcoming and friendly. I do not regret one bit that I accepted your offer to WestDent Clinic. And a huge thank you to Christina, my Bookimed coordinator, who organised all this for us.

Bookimed was so helpful and extremely nice. Everything they told me was to the detail accurate. I was very nervous about this because we’d never traveled that far before, just so many unknowns. But from the minute we were picked up from the airport we felt completely comfortable. Even with the language barrier, there were tons of laughs, smiles and hugs. It was an experience my husband and I will never forget!!

The disadvantage is that you have to wait a very long time for your appointment with the doctor. The appointed time does not correspond to the actual appointment. But the doctors are competent, listen to the patient's wishes, work quickly and efficiently. Thank them very much for their services.
