I was blown away by how professional and eager to assist the staff were
I had lens replacement and cataract surgery and was blown away by how professional and eager to assist the staff were. It was followed up by Bookimed a week later since Id returned home. They even refunded me some of my original payment even though I hadn't requested it as they found an error on the calculations. I know it's concerning to travel and have operations but from my experience you truly have nothing to worry about. I will definitely look at further surgery via this company and hospital.

And of course, a big thank you to Anastasia, an employee of the Bookimed website ❤️
I am very pleased that I made my choice and trusted the doctor, Professor Abdullah Ozkaya. It was this doctor who inspired confidence at our first meeting, was attentive, and answered all questions clearly and correctly. The clinic did not play any significance for me when choosing. Before that I was in 3 other clinics. But the doctors in those clinics did not inspire confidence in me. I think every person should find their own doctor. And a lot depends on the translator, how correctly he will translate everything. In other clinics, translators were incompetent. And of course, a big thank you to Anastasia, an employee of the Bookimed website ❤️

"Thank you Anastasia from Bookimed
I contacted the clinic via Bookimed.com before arrival and supplied them with my medical reports. They picked me up from the airport and sent me to my hotel. I requested having eye lens laser replacement asap so I can go back home a week after the operation. I arrived at the clinic early morning and was received by Anastasia, a health assistant supporting the patients and helping with the translation. I did all the pre operations test and then met with Dr. Remzi Karadag. He checked my test results and performed more tests, then confirmed my suitability for the operation. I had one eye operated on same day and the other eye the next day. I was issued with eye drops and information on how to look after my eyes during convalescence. A week on, so far so good. I am not using glasses anymore but full restoration of vision will take a month or maybe more. Thank you Anastasia from Bookimed.com and Anastasia and Dr. Remzi from Veni Vedi for the treatment and proffesionality
