I had a very professional experience with the team at the clinic. I'm from the UK and they provided me with a translator and all the staff were friendly and professional. I'm a week after the hair transplant and it seems very high quality. They provided me with good after care advice and medication. I returned for my check up a few days after and completed my treatment. As someone coming to Istanbul to get a hair transplant I would recommend the team. They provided a high quality service for a good price. I had a quick reponse with any questions both prior and after the treatment and I have appreciated meeting the hardworking and talented professional of this growing clinic. I trust they will make sure your experience is smooth and we'll managed from your hotel to the clinic and then through the post opp period when your body is recovering from the significance of the surgery. I highly recommend these good people.

I thought it would be somehow different, but here it is easier to relate to everything. On the 1st floor, they accepted, took the money, through the office there are already chambers where the procedures are carried out directly. The chambers themselves do not shine with cleanliness, as I used to see in Kazakhstan. I also noticed that all the medical workers there have dirty shoes

I traveled from the US for the procedure. This was my first medical travel experience and my first time visiting Istanbul. I was welcomed at the airport by a friendly staff person from the clinic ( Mr. Zafer ) upon arrival and provided with transportation to my hotel. The hotel accommodations were excellent. The room was spacious and comfortable and the hotel was centrally located. The hotel staff was friendly and serviceable, and in coordination with my contact person from the clinic Maryam, upon request, even arranged for a very nice boat and land tour of the city prior to the procedure. At all times, Maryam, my contact person from the clinic, provided excellent support and kept me informed about every step of the process. After settling in nicely at the hotel and taking in a full day of touring of the wonderful city of Istanbul, I was ready for the procedure. The clinic is housed in a modern state of the art building and the staff is experienced, professional and friendly. After consulting with the medical team, the specialist made his recommendations and answered all of questions and concerns thoroughly. The procedure was completed to my satisfaction by two specialist , Dr. XXX and Dr. XXX who worked tirelessly to deliver exceptional results and the clinic staff was excellent in their after care follow up treatment and monitoring. I am very happy with my decision to have had my hair transplant procedure at Adem and Havva Medical Center for the following reasons, the quality of the work ( the actual hair transplant) was exceptional, the delivery of service was exceptional at all stages of the process and finally the cost vs. having completed the procedure in a U.S. clinic - amounts to a small fortune of savings. Liked everything. Clinic in a modern new building. The clinic is multidisciplinary. Specifically, the transfer procedure on the stream, everything has been worked out to the smallest detail. My operation (3500 gr.) lasted 6.5 hours, with a break for lunch (served there, cooked in the clinic). 6 young guys worked, replacing each other. Everything is very professional. Meeting at the airport, transportation to the hotel and clinic is included in the price. Everything is very well organised. Very important - all the time there is an attentive experienced Olga. She was of great help - consultations, translations, recommendations. Now ten days have passed. Everything is fine, almost everything has healed, there were a couple of questions, I solved it by phone with the help of Olga. I hope the result will be good. I definitely recommend the clinic.

Once I bought the flight from the US and actually committed, the entire process was easy. The staff at HRT took care of me, picking me up and dropping me off to and from the airport, hotel, and clinic. The day of the procedure seems like a blur but I got out of the chair at the end of the day with 4,000 grafts in the areas that I wanted and as of day 8 post procedure, I’m still happy with my decision to go and I’m looking forward to seeing all the results.
