Retinas at bookimed was amazing she made the whole process so easy and accessible
Retinas at bookimed was amazing she made the whole process so easy and accessible. Without her I wouldn’t have been able to find reputable location or get set up transport pick up from hotel to location. Doctors from Lokman Hekim included Burcu Akturk and Yesim Moin were very attentive. Translator Sena was also. Way amazing during whole day and arranging everything.
How communication and everything was made very easy and accessible to me. All questions answered and made me not have to think.
Maybe a bit more English but didn’t take away from the results or the experience.
About Bookimed service
Way easy and fast results. Very quick to reply to messages. Very willing to keep checking on the day to make sure I was picked up and reminded me of appointments up until the very day. I was never forgotten once.

I went to this clinic to get medical care. The very high price could be justified by this type of treatment. The medical team were present, but no parameters were taken either before or after the treatment. I don't think that customer satisfaction is the objective, the aim is above all to make people spend money unnecessarily. I would not recommend this clinic
