Dr Hakan in particular, he was very attentive, friendly and open, explained everything and took care of us
I am grateful to bookmed for helping me choose a clinic. Everything that was promised was fulfilled in full! We were met and organised everything very efficiently in terms of time. The interpreter Akilai was very good, she solved all our queries and questions very quickly and was available 24/7. Dr Hakan - hair transplant and Dr Ibrahim Renoseptoplasty are very competent. I would like to mention Dr Hakan in particular, he was very attentive, friendly and open, explained everything and took care of us...The doctors did a great job and now everything depends on how carefully their recommendations will be followed during the rehabilitation period.

I am very happy with this clinic. At first there were doubts, I chose for a long time. I read all the reviews.... But as a result I chose this clinic. And I was not mistaken. Everything was very well organised. The doctor showed the future result on the computer. We chose the option that I wanted. The next day we had the operation. The hospital and the staff couldn't have been better. I was taken care of the whole time. Then I was taken to a hotel. A week later the cast was removed. I had 24 hours online communication with the doctor. I didn't feel like I was alone. The doctor is very talented. You can't see the stitches at all. It's important to trust this doctor. Everything would have been fine if they had warned me in advance
Everything would have been fine if they had warned me in advance, while I was still in my country, to do certain tests! I had to pay a huge amount of penalty plus airfare (over 3000€) because I was refused to have the operation for medical reasons!
