Prof. Dr. Cengiz Köksal is an internationally renowned cardiovascular surgeon who has significantly advanced the field of mitral valve repair. In 2012, he won the European Union's Leonardo da Vinci scholarship, which allowed him to train in Portugal. Over the years, he has worked with global experts in Israel, Portugal, the UK, Italy, and Germany, refining his expertise in minimally invasive mitral valve repair and heart surgery techniques. He is the only surgeon in Turkey authorized to teach and perform mitral valve repair without stopping the heart or using a heart-lung machine. This innovative technique led to him being named "Doctor of the Year" at the 1000th Anniversary Medical Awards

I would like to thank the Bookimed team and the MediPol team for their excellent service ❤️

Admittedly, when I booked the surgery, I was a little sceptical that everything would go well. After all, everything was done online. However, I was very impressed with how good and friendly the constant communication was. I was already feeling increasingly confident here. I also received very good, uninterrupted and professional treatment and care on site. My doctor Dr Burak and my contact person Olivia were very friendly and incredibly helpful. The transfers - to/from the airport or to follow up appointments at the clinic - were very good and reliable. The contact persons at Bookimed also contacted me regularly and enquired about my well-being. I am very pleased with the outcome of the surgery and am pleased to be recovering quickly and well. Dr Burak continues to monitor me now and I feel I am being very well looked after. His instructions are clear and very helpful. I would like to thank the Bookimed team and the MediPol team for their excellent service ❤️.

Excellent Doctor Mehmet Fatih ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Interpreter Aziz is Best. The organization person Liv O’zturk was Unprofessional she didn’t set up transportation on the first day I was waiting for transportation for 45 minutes in the Lobby she was unresponsible for all the other things The great Front Office was rude.
