Mrs Bernaschia is empathetic and competent
I am pleased to be in a helping relationship with Anna from Bookimed. Our discussions lasted several months and she was always very accommodating and generous with her time. As for the rest of the treatment with Juventa, everything went according to plan. On the first day, I received 125 million cells and 6 billion exosomes in the IV (as planned), and 25 million in the joint of my thumb, which was full of osteoarthritis. On the second day, I received IV NAD and a subcutaneous placenta implant. Mrs Bernaschia is empathetic and competent. The work was carried out in a relational, professional and respectful manner.

Dr. Isabella Bernaschina was very interested in truly helping me. She was very efficient and she has considerable experience in the use of stem cells for many different conditions. She believes in what she is doing and has used stem cells herself in the past. She also lives a very healthy lifestyle and encourages a healthy lifestyle to gain the most benefit from treatment. She simply practices what she preaches and she has a long history using stem cells and other modalities to benefit the health of her patients. I was very pleased with her methods and knowledge and I plan to see her again if i need further treatment. I could not ask for more dedicated attention. The service of Bookimed top very much patience and empathy despite the clear.the professor Erdal Karaöz his professional competence top, experience, versatility, seriousness and integrity, the best of its kind.the clinic can keep up with the best in the world like Panama Stemm Cell where many famous people like Tony Robbins were. A great treatment, I will repeat this in December with my wife. Service top 6 stars .from the airport to the hotel and daily to the clinic all around care taxi and interpreter included.

It was a terrible experience which I never want to go through again. Upon arrival at the hospital, the consultant , Jeab who led me there was not present to receive me. Instead I was attended by the medical sstaff who flatly shot down the agreed quotations offered by Jeab and even said they do not need the VDO anymore so they could not offer me what Jeab did and I was told I had to pay 3 times the proce of what I was offered before. Consequent to the price dispute, there were lots of bleak moments between the consultant and the medical staff internally then I was made to wait for over two hours then they suddenly reversed to ask for VDO compromised on an agreed price. I repeated said no to revealing my face for the VDO and the secretary Kimmy assured me my face will not be shown on camera. Prior to seeing the doctor, I was told to made payment first. For every doctor consultation, I had to go to the cashier to complete the payment and I was seeing two different doctors meant I had to repeat same process twice touring the entire medical centre so many times. What was most stupid was that I was never informed that I had to pay out of pocket for the Covid-9 test which I deem really unfair when there was konsixh prior information and they just dumped all the hidden cost on me. I only did the arm Vader+body tite along with pick laser for vaginal and I was made to go from building to building spending 7 hours there the entire day is really uncalled for!!!
The attending doctors are both very professional.

Dr and staff was amazing. They fulfilled their jobs are specialist. The translator we had was amazing. He explained majority of everything Hospital hospital cleanliness was superb.. I saw the cardiologist, lung specialist and also had stem cells Thank you
And all the run-up to the appointments and that the timing and everything was absolutely fantastic, even to look at my medication. What I was already taken, which I’m not sure if other on the right ones but the doctor changed them over which I’m hoping that this will work

I was very skeptical doing this and especially in another country. The staff did a great job with getting everything lined up. Dr. Gurkan was great, all staff was very good and attentive. I would just ask for a little more information on the process and the timeline for treatments to work, etc. Overall, a great experience!!
Everything was ready when we got there. Great hotel. Staff was great.
Language barrier was a little difficult. I would have preferred one assistant the entire time and not so many. Little better communication and information beforehand as to process and procedures.

Before I came into hospital for the treatment, I was very nervous and daunted by the fear of the unknown but you were all so kind and reassuring when I arrived which took away a lot of my apprehension. You demonstrated your total commitment into caring for me and my wife and also gave us the support and encouragement we needed to take our first steps on the road to our treatment which meant so much to me.
