I am from Witney, Oxfordshire in the UK and I went to Hair for a beard and hair transplant and I cannot rate the professional service received from all members of the team highly enough. I am writing this review in my hotel room the day after having a beard and hair transplant. When I first decided to undergo a hair​ transplant in Turkey, I was inundated with offers from, what seemed to be, hundreds of hair transplant clinics through WhatsApp, and it was hard to know which clinics were the best? I decided to pick Hair in Istanbul, because I could see no negatives reviews and they were recommended to me by Bookimed. I then heavily researched this clinic online before making a decision. I could tell once I met with the medical team that I had made a good choice on coming to this clinic. This is a good clinic, and the medical team who carried out the procedure were highly skilled, professional, and considerate. Once, they started taking grafts I could tell these people know what they were doing. On my initial WhatsApp consultation, I was told they would be able to extract 3000 grafts but, they actually extracted 4800 and so they implanted some additional grafts in the crown area of my head free of charge. They implanted every single graft in which meant they took longer than scheduled. I will send the photographic results of my hair and beard transplant after 6 months has passed. I also give Hair permission to pass on my contact details to anyone who wants to contact me with questions about my experience as a client at this clinic.​ ​ I'd like to give a special thank you to Yulia, Mehmet Ali, and particularly the highly professional and extremely talented medical team of technicians who carried out the actual procedure. A massive thank you to Bunyamin, who did the grafts collection and opening of the channels, and Samet Yusuf, who transplanted 3600 grafts into my hair and 1200 grafts into my beard. Thank you

Good day to all! Not long ago I was in this clinic on 01/08/2022, while waiting for the result, only a week has passed. In general, I was met at the airport and taken to the hotel. The hotel was clean, the room was good with all amenities, with meals. The anesthesia really was a little painful, but it lasts a little 2-4 minutes, and then you don’t feel it, though the process is long, you have to lie down. In the process there were smoke breaks, and even fed. As a result, 3600 grafts were transplanted to me. There were enough people like me too, one was from Kazakhstan, the second from Uzbekistan, there were even from Yugoslavia. Let's see what the result will be in a month. And a few days later they brought me back to the airport. I don’t regret that I flew, now I’m looking forward to the result .. I want to thank Olga separately, she cared a lot, she came to the hotel, she cared, she called 10 times every day, asked what she needed, how I felt. In general, I can safely recommend this clinic to everyone! Service super

I couldn't not complain about medical stuff at all. At first sight i can feel that medical stuff know what to do. The program took some time, and it was a little bit complicated to lie still 6 hours, but with some breaks it was possible. Med stuff were very careful and tried to minimize my uncomfortable feelings. Was very happy with transportation service, that was nothing but just great. Before go home the doctor explained me everything about cleaning, answered to all my questions. Big thank to Ol'ga, interprete of this clinic, without her i believe, my journey couldn't be so smooth. Thank you very much. P.s. Let's wait couple months and see the results, but i am sure everything would be just right.

Despite the preliminary written and oral instructions, the clinic staff completely ignored the recommendations and, as a result, took almost 2 times more grafts than indicated. Thus, they simply destroyed my donor zone, left a bald spot that cannot be hidden by anything. Besides, it didn’t even make any sense, there was simply no need to transplant so much. Moreover, for some reason they planted places where there was already hair (from the previous transplant), while practically not touching the empty places. The hairline, despite the specific written and agreed wishes, was made as unnatural as possible by transplanting grafts with 3-4 hairs. In my opinion, in all aspects, the result of the "work" of this clinic looks simply sad. I think these people should be banned from working.

Good evening, I was in this clinic from 12/22/2021 to 12/25/2021, I really liked the service, the staff and the clinic itself at the highest level. We were met at the airport, a gorgeous transfer, taken directly to the clinic, took all the necessary tests, after which they immediately performed the operation, after the operation they were taken to a 5-star hotel, personally taken by the director. I express my special gratitude to Olga, she is an employee of the clinic - an interpreter who accompanied me at all stages, told and showed everything, a very good, kind girl. After the operation, I walked around Istanbul for 2 more days, on the second day they did a head wash, provided all the necessary care products, on the last day a transfer took me to the airport. In general, everyone who is thinking of carrying out this operation, I can confidently advise this clinic, the guys are great, they are working off their money with full. thank you very much
