the medical team, especially the doctors and translators were very skilled and accommodating going far above my expectations
-the medical team, especially the doctors and translators were very skilled and accomodating going far above my expectations. - any concerns of mine were answered swiftly and effectively by translator and medical staff - the facilities were top notch and very clean -the only thing i would want improvement in is in a few nurses who cannot understand basic english
- the staff really listened to my personal concerns and delivered accordingly -the facilities were very clean and good
-just the lack of english in a few nurses
About Bookimed service
Their response was very fast and to the point. I didnt even know where to begin but bookimed listened to what i needed and layed out the options for me right away. Once i chose the option, they developed the plan and executed much faster than I thought even possible. In less than two weeks, I was off to my chosen hospital to receive treatment.
