The transfer, the hotel, the doctor, the nurses; it was all really good! 😊
Honestly, the experience was okay. I have been in Istanbul three times for medical surgery, and this was the one who I liked less. The transfer, the hotel, the doctor, the nurses; it was all really good! 😊The main problem was in the guide we had. She didn’t speak good english, she was always on her phone and acted like we were not there. When we asked questions, she didn’t know the answers. In my older experiences, the organizer/communicator knew EVERYTHING! The were empathetic and were really friendly. They were ready for any type of question. This time, i was really disappointed. Besides that, there was a lack of information. They send us home and they gave us some Basic Information on what to do, but Information abouth the wounds, how to take care of them, or how to take the stitches out; the didn’t say anything. So the experience was good! 👍🏼 but it could have been better.

I had my liposuction procedure and breast lifting done, and I am genuinely very happy with my decision. From the very beginning, communication with the team was professional, kind, and responsive. All my questions were answered in detail, and I felt well-informed and taken seriously.
On the day of the surgery, everything was well-organized and ran smoothly. The medical staff was attentive and made sure I felt safe and comfortable. I especially appreciated that the doctor took the time to explain the procedure clearly, including the realistic expectations and possible risks.
The surgery itself went without complications. The post-operative care – both in the clinic and during follow-ups – was excellent. I felt supported and looked after at every stage. Any pain or discomfort was addressed with sensitivity and care.
I can wholeheartedly recommend Dr Med to anyone considering a cosmetic procedure and looking for honest, skilled, and compassionate care.

Everything goes much more calmly and confidently with her
I liked the clinic. Dr Mustafa is a good specialist. The final results of my operation are not yet visible because it is only the 9th day today, but I like what is emerging). The medical staff is very caring, kind and attentive. The period of stay in the clinic is one day, but I think it is not enough, at least 2 days.
I really liked the assistant and interpreter Akilai. She is very attentive, she will tell you everything, answer your questions, organise trips to the doctor, to the hospital, to procedures, if there are indications, to the airport. She will give coordinates of supermarkets, ATM, order food to the hotel, if necessary. Everything goes much more calmly and confidently with her. A huge thank you to her 🌺
For general strengthening of the body, after the surgery, the doctor referred me to the DISH procedure. I really enjoyed it. I felt like I was revitalised and my head was clearer and I had more energy
I've written before that one day at the clinic is not enough. At least two days
